IMPORTANT DETAILS: Reservations must be made by ROW – NOT BY PERSON. This is a private row that will accommodate a maximum of 4 people (1-4 people in your party, you only need to purchase the Qty of 1 Row/1 Traveler). Please enter the Quantity of Rows you desire to purchase in the "number of travelers" Box. You can purchase up to 2 rows per booking.
Experience St. Augustine’s World-Famous Nights of Lights in the warm cozy comfort onboard Old Town Trolley. St. Augustine’s most beloved holiday tradition is back and is all aglow for the most wonderful time of the year. Over 3 million sparkling white lights adorn every corner of the city, stretching for nearly 20 blocks, creating an enchanted wonderland that will put a smile on your face and warm holiday memories in your heart.
Your reservation secures you an entire row on the holiday trolley! Each row can accommodate up to 4 individuals. Please choose just 1 traveler for 1-4 people and 2 travelers for 5-8 people.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - YOU ARE PURCHASING A ROW: Please choose just 1 traveler for 1-4 people and 2 travelers for 5-8 people. Also, please give yourself enough time to park as traffic can be very heavy during this season. 24 hours a day parking is conveniently available at the adjacent Historic Downtown Parking Facility. The cost is $15 per vehicle, per entry. Cash, credit, and debit cards are all accepted.
For wheelchairs and scooters, a minimum of twenty-four (24) hour notice is recommended. Please call us beforehand for scheduling. This will allow us time to ensure that a properly equipped vehicle will be made available for your use. Wheelchair accessible trolleys are scheduled on a first come, first served basis.
Strollers allowed if they fold up
Due to the popularity of the city's Nights of Lights, be sure to give yourself enough time to park and check in as traffic can be heavy. Parking fees vary.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

4.00Was straightforward with the directions they gave me. The lights are beautiful and it was nice the driver drove most areas twice so we really got to see the scenery. Admission seems fair for the time on board.

5.00This is a great experience with the family to experience the wonder of the holidays. Even though we went after Christmas, it was still fun. The trolley is a great way to see all the lights in St. Augustine. It’s a wonderful display that you pass through on the plaza and downtown to see the whole area all lit up. You get special glasses and a cup of cider and a cookie afterwards. Don’t forget to look for the elf for a small treasure to remember the night. It’s a fun adventure for all ages. They sell a row so if you need a little Kore room- buy 2 rows! It’s a family tradition annually.

1.00Price Viator advertises to park didn't reflect price with tour guide host company. Charged 3x more upon arrival at their specified location. Missed trolly do to that issue and being told there was no other parking "this is it" by attendant on site. Could not back out to leave do to congestion of event so I was forced to pay the increased price on site. Then I had to arranged a 2nd trolly tour slot since my trolly drove off and had given my seats away. Viator customer support failed miserably amd just passed me off to another company and blamed them. Said it is their responsibility. Called new company and they in turn blamed Viator company, all while I am stuck with a high upcharge that was never specified at purchase. Keep in mind this was a 7 hour round trip venture for me so to arrive and have to deal with all this extra, in the rain, missing my trolly at scheduled time was really inconvenient not to mention embarassing in front of my guests and should not have happened. In hopes Viator makes it right soon.
