  Diego, our guide, was highly knowledgeable and exceptionally helpful throughout our adventure. He was punctual and prepared, demonstrating a genuine willingness to answer our questions, which greatly enhanced our experience. His engaging and attentive approach made the time pass quickly and enjoyably.

  Tour guide Diego was the best! I am a solo female traveler who cannot speak Spanish (shame on me, I know). I was supposed to be on a tour with two other people who canceled at the last minute, and despite it being just me, the tour company went ahead with the trip, instead of canceling on me. Diego made me feel safe and comfortable the whole time. He was full of interesting information. The hike to and from the waterfalls was steep and long, but he went slow for me and was patient with me, always checking if I needed anything. Fantastic tour company and fantastic guide. The waterfalls themselves were a nice getaway from the city, and good exercise, but don’t be in a hurry and remember to wear good shoes.

  We had an amazing experience with Josué Romero as our guide during our tours to Tamanique Waterfalls and El Tunco Beach, and Antigua Guatemala. Josué was knowledgeable,and passionate about sharing the history of these incredible places. The Tamanique Waterfalls were breathtaking, and the hike was a perfect adventure. Our local guide for the hike, Freddy was very kind and helpful.Tunco Beach was a relaxing spot with great restaurants. The next day we went to Antigua Guatemala and Josué was again our tour guide 😊 Antigua is full of charm and rich culture, worthy of the long drive 🛻. Josué's attention to detail and personalized approach made the trips unforgettable. Highly recommend!

  Viator description was not accurate. We missed pick up time at meeting point. Called Viator and they weren't very helpful, told us to contact tour operator directly. The tour operator stepped up to the plate and offered a great remediation with great service. When we took the tour our guide Jose was great. I have used Viator alot and service is declining. Like I said the tour operator stepped up and gave us great service.

  Diego was exceptional. He gave us a history lesson on the drive to the waterfalls. We had a great time on this excursion and didn’t feel rushed and were given time to explore the amazing views! Highly recommend this tour. Be sure to be well hydrated and have a balanced breakfast because you will need it for this hike!
