Really enjoyed the hands-on experience of making a meal and eating it afterwards. The maple balsamic pork tenderloin and “high on the hog baked beans” were excellent. But who knew it was so easy to make fried apple pies? Stephanie was a great teacher. She gently guided us through the preparation of each dish, putting us front and center at the cook top and counter top but giving clear directions and encouragement along the way, as well as paper copies of the recipes to replicate back home. We will definitely be going back — next time for the chicken and dumplings!

  • Great experience for tweens!

Our family did a cooking class as a nice break from the strip of attractions in Gatlinburg. Small class allowed instructor to work with us through each of three recipes on a Saturday morning. We ecen got to bring back some food for the rest of the family to try. No regrets and the kids have already shown their cousins how to make bacon jam! Took about 2.5 hours to complete.

  • Wonderful and will definitely be a repeat customer!!
