5.00Was a cool experience, my fiancé really loved it as she is an afternoon tea aficionado. Definitely recommended for a birthday! Jack and Thomas were great hosts and made the experience special, Jack was very charismatic and a good singer!
Will not refund for losing their own bus.

1.00We scheduled a tea time for 2:30pm, at which time there was no bus. Another patron waiting for the same tea time contacted the tour company and they said it would be another 30 minutes. Which we all waited, in the cold with our families and friends. There must have been 20 of us waiting and after the 30 minutes, the tour operator said it would be another hour. "they couldn't find the bus" was their response. We contacted the tour operator, and they said they would refund our tickets. A full week on, they have failed to do so. Was a terrible experience and poor customer support. I do not recommend.
