The Tennent’s Brewery Tour to discover the inner workings of Wellpark Brewery - home to over 450 years of brewing tradition and award winning beers, and enjoy a pint of the freshest Tennent’s Lager on house! Your guided tour starts at the Tennent’s Story heritage centre where you’ll be taken on an immersive journey through the history of Scotland’s oldest brewery. Artefacts gathered from the first days of brewing at Wellpark in 1556 through to today will reveal the origins, production and provenance of the famous beer. Then discover how Tennent’s became part of Scottish culture and marvel at moments from our iconic advertising campaigns, T in the Park festival and more. No brewery tour would be complete without a pint of the good stuff! After you’ve discovered the craft behind our legendary brew, you’ll be taken to our tasting experience for a free pint of brewery fresh Tennent’s Tank Beer pored straight from our copper tanks.

5.00Brilliant experience, very informative and interesting, our tour guide Stuart was a very knowledgeable chap and also made the experience fun, you get a pint at the end and can do the optional tasting. O m g they have the most amazing stout I’ve ever tasted, I wish they would sell it in the bars!!

5.00Callum was our tour guide and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. We had a great time and this continued to after the tour in the bar when we had the beer float which he explained in detail each drink we tasted. The stout was exceptional and couldn't fault anything. We had a great day overall. Would highly recommend.

5.00Whether you're a beer-enthusiast or just an occaisonal sipper...great tour! Stuart is a born story-teller who manages to get across all the key information while adding a generous pinch of humour to all the facts and catering to the indiviual questions of the group. Thanks for an amazing experience! And by the way, that stout is great... would definitely come back just for that!

5.00Great tour, reasonably priced, really interesting and the beer at the end was superb. Only criticism is the merch was overpriced, 30 quid for a tshirt is ridiculous. Finally, please for the love of god sell Tennents Stout in the domestic market, that was the highlight.
