The Tennent’s Brewery Tour to discover the inner workings of Wellpark Brewery - home to over 450 years of brewing tradition and award winning beers, and enjoy a pint of the freshest Tennent’s Lager on house! Your guided tour starts at the Tennent’s Story heritage centre where you’ll be taken on an immersive journey through the history of Scotland’s oldest brewery. Artefacts gathered from the first days of brewing at Wellpark in 1556 through to today will reveal the origins, production and provenance of the famous beer. Then discover how Tennent’s became part of Scottish culture and marvel at moments from our iconic advertising campaigns, T in the Park festival and more. No brewery tour would be complete without a pint of the good stuff! After you’ve discovered the craft behind our legendary brew, you’ll be taken to our tasting experience for a free pint of brewery fresh Tennent’s Tank Beer pored straight from our copper tanks.

Our guide Stuart was very good, knowledgeable and passionate about Tennent’s. The whole experience including the well poured pint at the end was magnificent.

Stu took is round the tour and gave us a fascinating insight into the history and current workings of the brewery and the Tennents family. I have been on brewery tours before but they don't take u into the workings of the brewery. Again really interesting to see how a modern brewery works and Stu clearly enjoyed his role and promoting Tennents. The pint at the end from the tank was lovely and I would recommend adding on the beer tasting at the end where you get a chance to taste three additional varieties. The Stout was lovely and thats coming from someone who doesn't normally like dark beers. Tennents really should look at making it available commercially. Overall a great couple of hours and there is no rush to leave, you can stay and enjoy additional beers from the bar on site.

Brilliant experience. Super interesting tour (our guide Callum was brilliant). Topped off with a few of the best pints of lager you could ever hope to drink. Highly recommended!!!

Stew/Stuart took us on a tour and was really passionate about T. Great tour guide and very engaging with questions. From Glasgow and lived here most of my life and learned things about T I never knew. Very surprised. Glaswegians take things for granted I suppose so maybe we don't celebrate it enough but the Stout and the tank lager are absolutely worth it. The stout should be in general sale !

Fantastic tour by a guy called Stewart. Never knew the amount of tennents sold around the world or the different flavours in the range they do. Amazing experience and please do the tasting and try the stout. And it’s all vegan too.
