Come spend the day with (famed) chef Lat where she will teach you how to prepare and cook Thai in our purpose built Thai cookery kitchen.

* You'll learn 4 Thai recipes as well as make curry pastes, coconut cream, herbal drinks plus tour our organic micro-farm as part of your Thai cookery experience on Koh Samui.

* Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to attend this class - without exception. If you arrive with young children / infants your class will be cancelled without refund. Unfortunately we had young children disrupt the entire class so this is our 2025 policy. We apologies to all well mannered kids & parents if unable to join.

Truly one of the best experiences we have done on a trip. Chef Lat and her family have a beautiful farm and indoor outdoor kitchen set up. She so warm and welcomed us with a big smile. Each of us had our own cooking station. Her staff worked hard to make sure we had all our ingredients ready to go for each dish. We had a tour of her farm and she explained how she has set it all up from scratch over the years and also ran through all the ingredients essential to thai cooking. We made four dishes and enjoyed them around the table with other fellow travellers. Highly recommend for anyone coming to Samui.

We had great time cooking Thai dishes such as Pad Thai and Tom yum under the expert guidance of Chef Lat and her team. Lat was passionate about growing her own produce and cooking with fresh ingredients, she and her team were on hand at every stage of the cooking demonstration to gently guide and answer any questions we had. We especially liked her thoughtfulness in providing cold drinks and towels for our hands on our arrival, and throughout our cooking class.

This was such a fun experience and a beautiful way to really learn about and appreciate Thai food! Chef Lat and her entire team were great and made the process so easy, regardless of what your cooking experience is. Chef Lat also gave us a tour of her garden where we learned about how she approaches farm to table and sustainability. Highly recommend if you’re in Koh Samui!
