Enjoy a small group Thai cooking class in Southeastern Sacramento, hosted through Cozymeal and limited to just 8 guests. In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn to prepare authentic Thai dishes from scratch and gain confidence with traditional ingredients and techniques. The menu you will prepare includes: - Starter: Green papaya salad with garlic, tamarind, lime, palm sugar, and peanuts - Main Course 1: Green curry with eggplant and bell peppers, infused with lemongrass, galangal, Thai basil, and coconut milk, served with rice - Main Course 2: Chicken and shrimp pad Thai with noodles, tamarind, lime, fish sauce, egg, and bean sprouts - Dessert: Mango sticky rice with palm sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and coconut milk Guests are welcome to enjoy their creations during class and take home any extras. Wine and beer are welcome to enjoy throughout the experience.

Such a great experience! Our chef was so accommodating, knowledgeable and professional. I had a great time with our class, learned a lot, even as someone who already cooks regularly. What a great idea for a date night, family or group event. We will be signing Up for more soon!!
