  There was a bit of a line for check in and applying the equipment but overall experience was amazing. The only downside the camera doesn't pick up everyone.

  It was HORRIBLE. We waited in line for three hours straight. Like what’s the point of coming 30 minutes early and booking a time if either way we’ll be there for hours. When it was our turn the park was close. We got there at 1:35 and left at 6pm and I’m not exaggerating it. Overall the ride was great enjoyed it. But they need to do better

  I HAVE RESERVE via viator the second activity The zip line Beast at the adventure park Toro Verde in Puerto Rico same price about for 3 my son weighs 43 kg I fill in their form and arriving on site I am told not possible minimum 100 pounds mdr no blocking on the site and no refund of the flight outright

  I was on the 12pm tour with Angelika, Raphael, and the rest of the crew, and it was a great experience. Raphael mentioned it was his last day and he really went all out—he even saved me on the 7th line! Angelika and the team were fantastic and made the tour really fun.

  I cancelled a day before the experience because I could no longer make the trip and they told me it wasn’t 24 hours in advance and said I would not be refunded!!! That’s so inconsiderate and also a scam!!! Why make someone pay for an experience they never got to make!!! Do not recommend if you would expect any type of reimbursement if something goes wrong l!!
