Lots of exhibits, and the headset and audio that guides your through the Beatles story (and exhibits) were very good. The only minus is that at times the numbered audio guides on the wall were hard to find or didn't flow in an orderly way. It was, at times, hard to match the audio with the exhibit.

User- friendly audio guides enable you to walk around the exhibit at your own pace, stopping where you want to read/learn more.

We just purchased the tickets for the Beatle experience (NOT to be confused with the Beatles museum on Mathew street). Different locations! It’s very doable to walk down the pier area to the location of the Beatles experience. It was very informative and very well done. You get headphones with the language that you choose and you can kind of do it at your own pace. There is a line when you get there (when you purchase the tickets they ask for a time slot) we showed up a little bit before that time slot still have a line as they only let so many in at a time but not too long of a wait . We also walked down to the MATTHEW Street area where the Beatles museum, which is not included in the ticket. It is a separate facility separate charge we did not go in. . Great experience for the price! And very convenient to get to and from the ship if you’re in Port!

Lacked atmosphere. Too much talking - hardly any music. I hoped to leave singing Beatles tunes but luckily for my family, I couldn’t as I hardly heard any.

Stifling hot, minimal ventilation. It's underground and very crowded and moves at a snail's pace. Don't go if you suffer from claustrophobia. The rooms are tiny and corridors narrow.
