5.00The tour (and guide) were perfect. Very personable, knowledgeable and prompt. After hiring Martin as a driver, we quickly decided that we would be interested in a food tour as well, so decided to hire him to guide us. Not only did he take us to some places and things we had been wanting to see, he took us to some places that we didn’t know we wanted to see, and that’s exactly what you want out of a tour guide, local expertise to unearth things you never knew you wanted. He even told us about the history of the places we were passing as we passed them, effectively giving us a history tour as well. What more could a tourist want?

5.00We met Martini earlier in the morning at Lake Ohrid, where he was supposed to pick us up and take us to Saranda. As we stayed on the hillside with narrow pebbles, he rushed to help us with our luggage. Along the way, he took the initiative to show us picturesque viewpoints and recommended a lesser-known restaurant for our first taste of authentic Albanian cuisine. Even when we reached Saranda, he made sure we checked into our apartment before leaving for Tirana, despite the late hour. From our conversations, we learned he is a foodie and offers food walking tours. We decided to book him for a private Tirana Food Walking Tour on New Year’s Eve. His generosity, knowledge, and care made our tour unforgettable. We highly recommend him for transport and private tours!

4.00Martin was our driver on private transfer from Lake Ohrid to Saranda. He has humour and informative. We can get along very well with him throughout the 6 hours journey. He speaks very good English and has no problem with communication. I really appreciate his concerned when with have some problem finding our booked accommodation. He stayed with us until our accommodation is sorted out. So when we were in Tirana, we decided to engaged him on a Food & Walking tour. We have another day of great history, culture and awesome food with him I highly reccommend him. Very informative.

5.00We had a wonderful day with Martin on the Albanian Riveria Food and History tour from Tirana. Martin made our day very special and we learned a lot about the countries culture and traditional food. We were a group of four people and his van was very comfortable for the all day adventure! Epic day!!
