- Arrive 15 minutes prior to start time
- Due to the seating arrangements and limited space on the Yakatabune boat, shared tables may be required, and in accordance with Japanese cultural practices, you will need to remove your shoes to participate in this trip.
- Boarding on SINA boats 1 OR 2 will be random based on the day's traffic
- Leave a note 3 days earlier if need beef change to pork or non-strict vegetarian (remove meat, leave vegetables with sweet soy sauce soup)
- The traditional Japanese performances onboard are not in a fixed format, and different professionals may perform on a daily basis. The main image is just one of the performances
- Please provide the names of all travellers. Failure to do so will be considered a voluntary forfeiture of insurance, and we will not assume any liability in case of any emergency
Cancellation Policy
1. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
2. For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
3. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded. 4. Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
5. Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
6. This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
7. This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

5.00Dinner was well organized. The music was excellent as well as the education. The food was great with alcohol purchasing option. The stop for the cherry blossom viewing was beautiful and plenty of time to enjoy and take pictures. Got to learn about Japanese culture and folk songs.
You don't get to see Tokyo with this trip

1.00The boat trip was inside, we didn't get to see anything, only stopped at 1 place with a very average view. We had to cook our own food at it was very average. If you want to see Tokyo by night this is NOT a trip you want to book!

5.00The food was delicious, the show was wonderful and we had a blast. The boat dinner tour was my favorite activity during our Tokyo trip. Other wonderful dinners were Sushiro and Chermside Sandwich.

4.00Good that it was not too crowded but the meeting place was different to find and different from what was instructed so hard to find , we sent the pier and found the my name on the list but she did wear a identification of my booking, others also waiting but not in our tour, also point, only English speaking but my friend was Japanese. Many people were also sitting around waiting, not in our tour.

1.00Boat arrived almost 40 mins late. We sat on cold steps waiting. My dinner was served with plastic glad wrapped meat. Replacement meal took ages to arrive, then with no stock so everyone was eating before mine arrived. No serviette. No spoon for dessert. Apologies “they have been busy”. Included drinks dispenser was empty. Condiments offered to my GF friend never arrived. Docked after 1hr 25 mins - cruise length was to be 1 hr 40. The entire trip was on fast forward. Crew rushed us through the meal. Not a single enjoyable moment - sad end to our days in Tokyo. Crew are obviously understaffed and overwhelmed.
