Our guide Haroon was a good guide but forgot to pick us up. So we were waiting for 45 min and then were told we needed to confirm our pick up, this was not clearly written in my confirmation email. He was not easy to communicate with directly. He did return to get us. We were charged additionally for entry in to certain stops that seemed to be included in our cost with Viator in the booking email. The bus was not a coach but a shuttle van without wifi which is not what was described in the description of the tour. This was by far my worst Viator tour thus far and I will be cautious in choosing or recommending this company in the future.
