In addition, vestiges of other animals have been discovered such as the dwarf horse, the saber-toothed tiger and the great guanaco. The cave is also of great archaeological value, since it was inhabited by early Patagonian man approximately 12,000 years ago. **IMPORTANT NOTE PARK TICKETS: Cash or card payments are not accepted at the park entrance. My husband and I had an absolutely incredible hiking experience in Torres del Paine. From start to finish, the team was professional, flexible, and genuinely focused on making sure we had the best possible day in the park. They were incredibly accommodating with our schedule and adjusted plans based on weather and trail conditions, which made the experience feel both seamless and personalized. Our guide, Valentina, was truly outstanding—knowledgeable, warm, and passionate about the park. She shared so much insight about the landscape, wildlife, and history while setting a comfortable pace and making sure we felt supported throughout the hike. Our driver, Maritza, was equally wonderful—safe, friendly, and always right where we needed her, which made logistics effortless. She even made us homemade treats and a picnic! This was a highlight of our Patagonia trip and an experience we’ll never forget. If you’re looking for a memorable, well-organized hiking adventure in Torres del Paine with exceptional people, we couldn’t recommend this more highly.

We were very fortunate to have Roberto as our guide and Freddy as our driver. Roberto, an ex-park ranger, began his love of the park under the tutelage of his father and grandfather, themselves park rangers. That love is only equaled by his knowledge of the flora and fauna, and the awe-inspiring landscape they fill. This is not an inexpensive experience, but after our 10 hours of hiking hidden trails and getting photos of everything from exotic wild orchids to soaring condors and eagles (not to mention every vista looking like a photo-postcard), we feel it still represents an incredible value.

Excellent private tour, custom-built. Maritsa knew all the details of the park and surroundings to make the most of the visit; plus all the interesting facts; we saw all kinds of animals... super nice! I highly recommend it!! In addition we combine in 1 day the navigation of the Grey Glacier plus the points of interest of the full day of the park! 1000% recommended!

We were picked up on time at our expedition ship. The tour was excellently organized and just as we had previously agreed with Maritza of Entre Ulmos y Lengas LTDA. We had great weather and both our guide Polo and the driver Fredy were perfect companions. Fredy even took us to a puma who was hunting for a guanaco. Everything was perfect. We can only recommend the tour of Maritza and your team.

Our experience with just my friend and I was wonderful! Our tour guides, both the driver (excellent driving) and our Chilean female tour guide (spoke amazing English !! which was such a relief and enhancement to our total experience) provided a fantastic tour in the park. We made many stops which was good and we could request certain stop spots and they were very accommodating. They also helped us to get to our final destination, different than our pickup spot, very timely. We had a wonderful lunch at the camp lodge in the park and lots of photo stops. Having a private tour was really worth it!! Our guide, Valentina, truly was able to express her love of her job to us and it was authentic.

This is a wonderful tour to take - we did this with a family of 4 adults as a private tour. Valentina (tour guide) and Victor (our driver) were awesome hosts! Valentina knew where to go in the park - even some places that the larger buses cannot go due to their size. We saw beautiful waterfalls and even stopped to see an eagle and some guanacos. We ate lunch (pre purchased at our hotel) at a beautiful stop with mountains in front of us. Would highly recommend as it was a very relaxed and fun tour!!

We had a great day with Raphael (guide) and Victor (driver). Rafa knows everything about Torres del Paine and tailored the tour to our interests. He also gave us recommendations for hikes to do on our own the next day. Would definitely recommend this!

Torres del Paine is a stunning place to visit. You really need an experienced guide to make the most of your day. This private tour offered flexibility you wouldn't get with a standard group tour. Prior to our tour, we had the opportunity to visit the Milodon Cave. So we were able to replace that portion of the itinerary with a search for a puma. Raphael, just happened to be an experienced guide and wildlife tracker. He didn't disappoint. We were offered a fabulous, unexpected, photographic wildlife experience we might not have otherwise had. He was knowledgeable and very patient. He got to know us quickly and offered appropriate hiking and photo opportunities with spectacular views. Leo, was our driver navigated the park expertly (and safely). He offered sound advice and valuable informational as well. They were a good team. We would highly recommend them for any future visitors.

Our guide Valentina, was experienced, enthusiastic, helpful, as well as beautiful. We had a fantastic day with three short hikes as we requested. For two of the hikes, we never even ran into a single person. We saw much more things than our friends who did a group tour bus. She was knowledgeable about the local flora and fauna and gave us a lot of information about the area, culture, customs, and all this with the friendliest disposition. Our driver Walter was nice as well. We had a slight change in schedule and he shortened his lunch to accommodate us.
