What To Expect

Puerto Natales

To start the tour, we’ll pick you up at your accommodations in Puerto Natales with a shuttle bus. Once on the bus, we’ll head to the famous Torres del Paine National Park, a journey of about two hours. We’ll enter the park through the Portería Laguna Amarga Gate where you’ll have excellent views of the Torres del Paine.

We’ll begin our tour on the roads of Torres del Paine National Park. From the comfort of the shuttle bus, you’ll see the park’s unique Patagonian steppe. In addition, throughout the tour, you’ll catch glimpses of the breathtaking Macizo Paine.

Everything was OK. Daniel as a guide was excelent. Je told us many informantion about history of Chile.
Excellent tour - excellent guide. Scope to have a better van with more leg space.

The Guide Francisco was fabulous. He took personal care for each and every travellers in this tour. Torres Del Paine is a must visit if you are in Chile. Most travellers can make it even with some mobility challenge. The views and sceneries are simply spectacular. The tour mention to carry your lunch since there are limited or very little option available inside the park. But we found the restaurant had several options including fish , chicken and beef.there was also vegetable soup , salads options. I was told that sometimes this restaurant is closed and then there’s no other option available inside the park . The food was excellent and reasonably priced. I wish that leg space in the van was little more- this is one area which is definitely a scope for improvement. Overall this tour was very enjoyable- thanks to our excellent tour guide Francisco !

The Tour is excellent, with brutal landscapes of wanting to stay for hours admiring such beauty. The driver Miguel and the guide Valentina were excellent. But if everything was great why not assign 5*? Because I felt mistaken with a stop on the tour, Lake Grey. In the itenerario provided by the agency says “The next stop is the Grey Glacier, which means it’s time for a walk of about an hour. On our tour, we will cross the ancient forest of Lenga before reaching the shores of Lake Grey. From there, we’ll walk along the beach and enjoy the many shades of blue from the Grey Glacier ice, which comes from the southern Patagonia ice field.” The reality is that we are not even approaching the glacier which we see many kilometers away. This description conditioned my trip because I scheduled other things and did not schedule tour to the Grey Glacier thinking we would see more closely

Daniel showed us all the picturesque sights in the Torres del Paine national park. He also pointed out the various local animals and plants that we encountered. He is extremely knowledgeable about geology, topology, flora and fauna. Highly recommended as a tour guide.

It was a really great experience. The tour guide was “ Pancho” or Francis and the driver was Miguel. They were both amazing, explained everything in English and Spanish although I was the only one who didn’t understand Spanish out of four of us but the guide made sure that I was explained everything in English too. We saw some really nice spots. The guide took extra efforts to take us to ideal places for nice pictures and clicked everybody’s’ photographs as well. He was just too sweet.
