My fiancé and I had a great afternoon. The location was lovely and Oswaldo provided a fantastic experience. The menu covered all the Oaxacan highlights. The food we made was lovely, and as a coeliac I really loved being able to try mole. Would recommend.

Had a great time cooking with Oswaldo. He walked us through the complex process of making a rich Mole stew, perfectly textured tamales, and fresh memelas. We left with full stomachs and a much deeper understanding of the local cuisine. Thank you, Oswaldo, for a memorable highlight of our trip!

Awesome way to learn about Oaxacan cooking techniques and ingredients. Highly recommend. If you like a nice glass of wine with your meal or while preparing, I suggest you bring your favourite bottle with you to enjoy.

The class was very fun and the recipes we learned very good. The mole that we made delicious and is also a recipe that can be made at home from scratch. In addition the recommendations of what to do and where to eat we were given were very good. The place where the class was very nice.
