  Excellent way to get to know the city. A very agile and environmentally friendly vehicle. The guide You take a genius! He explained everything and took the time to let us take pictures at all the stops, even those that were not planned.

  Our tour was on a Sunday so traffic was light which was an advantage. Our driver/guide was terrific. Carlotta took us to key points, gave us time to take in and experience the sights, including the Cathedral. The advice she gave us was very helpful and it was lovely speaking with her.

  sadly our guide never arrived. we called 3 times and only got a recorded message telling us to call back later . we waited over an hour and finally contacted Viator who offered to refund our money, since they could not contact the tour operator either. later in the day we saw another driver who apologized for his company's error. this other driver was very pleasant , however, he was busy with his own tour. we were disappointed that we missed what looked like a fun opportunity.

  Being able to get a refund because of a no show of the Tuk Tuk. We had a limited time ashore and got to pickup point in plenty of time. Only to be told they were delayed. They did try and rearrange but we couldn’t make the time. But customer service was great.

  Not recommended. I wanted to get 60 with my parents. Celebrate your wedding anniversary and do a TUK-TUK tour. No one came, the agency was not available by phone. Only when a lovely lady called from the sightseeing bus tours , they explained that they would not come because they had gotten it wrong in the day and now there was no TUK-TUK available... We could come tomorrow! Since we lived in Maspalomas no option! I had several contacts with the agency and had stressed the importance of the appointment!

  We had our tour on a Sunday that left little traffic. Great overview of the island and city. Our guide Francesco was knowledgeable and entertaining. The views from the top were fabulous! Highly recommend
