What To Expect
Sacred Monkey Forest Sanctuary
Mandala Suci Wenara Wana, or well known as Ubud Monkey Forest, is the sanctuary and natural habitat of the Balinese long-tailed macaque. It is located at Padangtegal Ubud, Bali. About 1049 monkeys live in this sanctuary. They are divided into 6 groups, namely in front of main temple group, forest conservation group, central point group, eastern group, Michelin group, and cemeteries group. The Monkey Forest Ubud has 3 temples, namely Dalem Agung Padangtegal Temple, Holy Spring Temple and Prajapati Temple. The forest is owned by the Padangtegal community and is managed by Mandala Suci Wenara Wana Management. The purpose of the management is to keep sacred the place and promote the Monkey Forest Ubud as an international tourist destination. Tegalalang Rice Terrace
Tegalalang Rice Terrace is one of the famous tourist objects in Bali situated in Tegalalang Village north of Ubud Bali featured by the amazing rice terrace set the cliff. Tegalalang Village is located on 600 m above sea levels covered by good temperature where most of the villagers are farmers. Tegalalang is known as one of the most popular rice fields in Ubud and deeply entrenched around a popular Balinese traditional mode of irrigation named Subak, dating back to the 9th century. 5.00If you’re looking for a lovely, professional, friendly and knowledgeable driver- booked with Era! From the moment he picked us up from the airport to our hotel, he provided us with such a warm welcome and give us handy tips on the do’s and dont’s in Bali which was super helpful as it was our first time on the island. We had such a warm reception that we booked him for a day tour to Ubud and he was just amazing! The booking process was seamless and he was punctual and had loads of water ready for us on the day. He was knowledgeable on the area and gave us so many facts, which I really appreciated and took us to all the great spots in Ubud. I can’t thank you enough for making our time in Bali so easy and when we do come back, we will definitely reach back out to you :)

5.00Prompt collection, customisable tour to suit our requests and timings. Great communication throughout even when we didn't have mobile service, with clear collection times. We went to the Monkey forest, Mason elephant Parc, Luack coffee, waterfalls, restaurant and some shops. Very informative, well spoken English, clean vehicle with bottled water provided, great tour guide knowledge. Even caught us up in the monkey forest to take us round, after we merrily headed off on our own. We must have looked lost when he found us 🤣 Highly recommend, great tour and great tour guide. Thank you so much for giving us a great experience to add to our amazing holiday 👍👍

5.00Era was so helpful from the day he picked us up from the airport, very friendly and his knowledge of the English language allowed us to communicate very easily which was very comforting being our first time in Bali. He took us on trips and provided the majority of our transportation whilst we were exploring Bali. As you’d expect he had more than extensive knowledge of all sights and the history of the places we visited. Era went above and beyond at every step of service he provided for us and even looked after one of our suitcases whilst we hopped islands. We will certainly use him again when we go back and would not consider using anyone else. 10/10

5.00We were very fortunate to connect with Nyoman at our airport pick up! Amazing English, so friendly, polite and we’ve made ourselves an amazing new friend in Bali. We explored Ubud with Nyoman, we learned, we laughed and had an awesome trip. Could not recommend Nyoman enough, the best driver we’ve had! Not to mention, when plans went downhill for our airport return Nyoman quickly made alternative arrangements and ensured we had no hiccups to our travel plans. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend !!!!!!!

5.00Mr Nyoman was the best guide I ve ever met. First of all his English knowledge was very good that we did not stop talking to him. He was very kind and polite, sensitive and thoughtful as he offered us traditional deserts and fruits. We were with him for three days and He planned the trips for us. He knew the best places to take photos and also about the places he was an old hand as he told us every story behind them. Beside he is a good driver and knows all the roads. I am very happy to meet him, strongly recommend and if I go to Bali again, I will see him as an old friend. Thank you!!
Transfer and Ubud day trip

5.00We used the transfer service when arriving in bali to get to Bingin, Uluwatu. He was amazing and so patient, we took over 2 hours at the airport sorting out lost luggage and he waited for us the whole time and greeted us with a smile once we made it out. The transfer was easy and quick with a bottle of water waiting for us in the car. Later on during our trip we used his services for a day trip to Ubud where he took us to a few locations and even walked with us and gave us more information throughout. It was a wonderful day and we were able to plan the trip how we wanted and he worked around us. Please use this service when in bali as you will not be disappointed! We will be using him when we come back in the future :))
