What To Expect
You will be starting your tour from Ella, Mirissa or Tangalle at 11:30 am. Your chauffeur will be picking you up from your hotel and driving you to Udawalawe. Explore Udawalawe National Park, one of the most undisturbed and pristine natural ecosystems on the planet enriched with a wealth of Sri Lankan elephants. See huge herds of elephants, and enjoy glances of water buffalo, wild boar, spotted deer, jackal, and more. Discover an area of 30,821 hectares, which embodies the true essence of a tropical paradise. See a rich variety of exotic flora and fauna and enjoy the perfect getaway for bird-watchers. Enjoy ample opportunities for spotting endemic and migrated birds. This Udawalawe safari might even present you with the sighting of the Sri Lankan Jungle Fowl, Spur Fowl, and Green Pigeon. After the safari, you will return to your vehicle and you’ll get back to the hotel by 7:30 pm, completing your tour.

5.00Even though it was a rainy day, it didn't matter at all.. The jeep was safe with a rain cover.. The driver took us to all the sights.. He could speak English well.. We saw elephants, deer herds, crocodiles, and elk.. Super

5.00A beautiful park where herds of elephants roam freely eating grass.. We definitely saw more than 50 animals.. The driver was great. He gave us the best service.. We had fun.. I can definitely recommend it.

5.00My partner is very interested in animals. We also went on a Yala safari.. but we really liked the trip to see the elephants in Udawalawe.. It was great.. We were able to see the herds of elephants. The driver was very helpful.. We took a lot of pictures.. Amazing

5.00The booking was made at the last minute. But we received the confirmation of the itinerary very quickly.. Everything was better organized than we expected.. The car and jeep were very good.. The drivers were excellent.. We had a lot of fun watching the elephants.

5.00We booked a half day safari with travceylon. We had good communication with the company from the beginning. They fulfilled our requests well. Fresh coconut water was provided by the company during the safari. We saw plenty of elephants.
