If you wish to hike, see and enjoy the wonders of an old traditional Bosnian village, this tour is definitely your match. After an hour and a half drive from our meeting place, we will reach Umoljani village. From there, we will start our 8 kilometer hike towards the Lukomir village. It is the highest and most isolated village in all of Bosnia and Herzegovina with an altitude of 1496 meters. When we reach Lukomir, you will get a chance to see Stećci. Stećci are monumental medieval tombstones that lie scattered across Bosnia and Herzegovina; an estimated 60000 are found. After exploring Lukomir, we will enjoy eating a tasty picnic lunch with 360 degrees panoramic view and then head back to Umoljani village again, which is an 8 kilometer hike again.

I took the tour Umoljani - Lukomir hike and it was amazing! A very nice mountain hike with impressive views. The guide Mirza was very friendly and answered all questions. I totally recommend it!

Sara was a fantastic guide. The hike is spectacular and I recommend that anyone visiting the area, looking for natural beauty to do it. Everything was well organized and better than advertised.

I enjoyed every moment! What made it more amazing is staying the night at Lukomir Village... What an experience! Special thanks and props go to Timur! This hike was amazing! Exactly what I was looking for. Bosnia & Herzegovina has a great, rich culture, but also a sad recent history. And at some point I wanted to clear my mind and enjoy the beauty of the country. Kamer of Torus Tours took me on the Lukomir hike and it was great. Beautiful nature and a good 17 KM hike with fine incline and small descent. We laughed, we took great pictures and enjoyed the surroundings to the maximum and Kamer brought a very tasty lunch. We were à bit ahead of the season so there was some snow, but that made the hike even cooler. I definately recommend this tour! Thanks again for the great Hike Kamer! And look at these pictures.

What a beautiful hike! It was not difficult, or terribly long, but just right for a nice long walk in some of the most beautiful country on earth. We were so fortunate to spend the time with Jasmin. Thank you so much for your kindness, coffee, and hospitality. :))

While in Sarajevo I again made an excursion with Torus Tours. This time we were in the Highlands of Lukomir. The panorama was at the rendezvous as well as the charm of an authentic village. I am once again very happy with this agency

Honestly, the best part was our guide Kamer. He not only provided us a great tour of a beautiful place, but served as our trip photographer. And he did a great job too! The hike was beautiful, the lunch provided was delicious, and his company was delightful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our day trip with Torus!
