Beautiful day makes it even better. The grounds were incredible. Their app needs work though. I never found the link to audible voucher.

I paid 117 € for two tickets advertised in a strongly misleading way. The description promised “all-encompassing exploration” and said: “You have more time to immerse yourself in the splendor of the palace, the beauty of its gardens and...” But the gardens were not included. Once we received the tickets, we found that they only included access to the palace and the audio guide, with a real value of about 52 € total. Telephone support was courteous, but the promised refund never arrived. The description of Tripadvisor/Viator and the high price misled our choice, clearly seemed to justify full access. TIP: buy only from the official Versailles website. You will pay less than half of the €58 per person.

We were really looking forward to Versailles. Unfortunately, the Audio Guide Tour was cancelled three days before "...due to an unexpected issue at the venue". Of course, you wonder what can go wrong with an audio-only guide tour that has to be cancelled. The refund of the fee paid should be made within a few days. Unfortunately, we are waiting for the refund now also more than three weeks!!

The palace speaks DA itself, it is spectacular and there are plenty of rooms and places from different DA times. We were 3 girls under 26, so the ticket for EVERYTHING BUT THE GARDENS (12 euros) was free. We decided to take the DA audiogui from 4 euros per person, a small phone in which egnère numbers and listen to audio. Very nice the ancient part, explained well and also curiously, while VERY boring the lower part that speaks of Napoleon, but I assume they are personal tastes. Tip: you get very tired, so arrive rested and book with Largo Anticipo if you want to do the tour in the morning.

A Perfect Family Experience "I went with my parents and younger siblings, and the Louvre tour was fantastic for all ages. Our guide was super patient and made the history fun and engaging even for the kids. It was so much better than trying to navigate the museum ourselves. We saw all the highlights without getting overwhelmed. The skip-the-line access was a lifesaver with kids! Definitely a must-do for families visiting Paris."

Solo Travel Delight As a solo traveler, this tour made my Louvre visit so much more enjoyable. I got to meet a few fellow travelers, and our guide made everyone feel welcome. It was great not having to worry about where to go or what to see – the guide led us to all the iconic pieces and also shared some lesser-known gems. It was educational, inspiring, and just the right length. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Romantic Parisian Afternoon My partner and I did the Louvre tour as part of our honeymoon and it was magical. Walking through the museum while hearing about the romantic and dramatic history behind the art added such a special touch. Our guide was passionate and made everything come alive. It was a perfect Paris moment – and we got some beautiful photos along the way too!

Photographer’s Dream Tour I’m an amateur photographer, and this tour was a visual treat! Not only did I get to see some of the most iconic artworks in history, but our guide also pointed out some incredible architectural details of the museum itself that I would have missed otherwise. The lighting in certain rooms, the grand corridors, and even the views outside were breathtaking. This tour is a goldmine for anyone who loves art and photography.

The ticket I purchased had a bar code that would not scan. So, not a real ticket. Had to purchase a real ticket at the venue. Scam.
