After cooking up a storm, sit down to enjoy your homemade meal with a glass of wine. You'll be able to pick herbs, lemons and other seasonal produce grown in Marie and Laurent's garden too. This is the perfect opportunity to learn from a passionate cook and soak up the beautiful scenery and sun of the French Riviera.

Rebecca was absolutely amazing! Her home was beautiful, clean, and had the best view overlooking Nice. The whole experience was absolutely incredible. Next time im back in Nice, I will be visiting Rebecca to learn how to create another DELICIOUS meal!

What a great experience. We were a party of four, but met another adventurous eater, and became a party of five. Rebecca and her husband, Laurent were great hosts. We made lemon tiramisu, which was quite easy and tasty to make. Then we made caramelized onion tart together. Loved the ease of making the crust, it is in the shaking that makes it so light. Rebecca gave us some excellent ideas to change up some of the recipes. The main course was meat ravioli with sage. Delicious. Note to self, make sure to put lots of flour on the ravioli form (pan), so that the raviolis don’t stick to the bottom. Bordeaux wine was flowing throughout the night, only to be topped off by Rebecca’s own home brew - we loved the vodka infused with orange, cinnamon.

My sister, mom, and I had a fantastic time. We were welcomed into Marie's home with breathtaking views in the hills overlooking Nice. The way Marie styled the class had us all contribute to the preparation of each dish, which led to a great bonding atmosphere with the other class participants. At the end, we all sat around one large table and enjoyed each dish together. This was the highlight of our trip!

Our host & hostess (Rebecca & Laurent) for our dinner were extremely personable, explained the cooking directions and were just a pleasure to be around. We made three dishes: 1)mushroom white pizza with homemade dough and sprinkle of truffle oil on top, 2) tiramisu and 3) potato gnocchi with brown butter and fresh chopped sage. As this French cooking class was in November, my niece and I were the only two there. We enjoyed a starter of toasted bread w/sundried tomatoes and goat cheese drizzled with honey, then on to our dinner of mushroom pizza and potato gnocchi with a very delicious tasting red wine. Conversation was delightful and we covered many topics. I highly recommend this tour to any and all who want to enjoy some French cooking made with fresh ingredients. This was definitely the highlight of our 3 nights in Nice. Thank you to Rebecca and Laurent for a throughly enjoyable evening. 🥰

Beautiful location. Rebecca was amazing. Great teacher and easy to learn recipes. Felt like I was cooking with a friend and having a lovely dinner together. Would highly recommend.
