  The most memorable part was buying my tickets a few weeks in advance and then showing up to the venue, only to be told it was closed for a private event. No notice was given. I had planned out my entire engagement proposal to happen at View Boston, booked a photographer, hyped it up to my girlfriend, only for it to fall flat. I really appreciate Viator for ruining the moment and not giving notice so that I could have had time to change my plans. I will be in touch to have this resolved.

  Great views from indoors on the 52nd floor and outdoors on the 51st. Dining, bar, and gift shops available. There is also a nice illusion exhibit featuring a model of Boston. You also have the option of having digital photos of yourself with the city as a backdrop (no extra charge). Highly recommend!

  The actual view and experience was excellent, however, I would not purchase tickets through Viator. I did not get the ticket confirmation email so we had trouble accessing our tickets even though I could see them on the app. The really nice gentleman at the ticket counter gave us complimentary tickets and was going to take it up with Viator. I also could not use the benefits that came with the tickets either. I recommend buying the tickets on site.
