What To Expect

Travelers' Choice BEST OF THE BEST Award 2025! After a short introduction that includes the origins of pierogi, we will learn to prepare dumplings with meat and vegetarian fillings. You will get to know how to knead the dough, how to properly roll it out, then you will learn various techniques of folding the dumplings and discover hacks that make them really tasty. Best part comes at the end: you get to eat what you have produced, so please, come hungry! A tasting of Polish liqueurs included. Vegetarian and vegan option upon request.

We had an absolutely amazing time with Daria as our guide. She was thorough in her instructions and hands in with helping and not annoyed when we struggled with the hardest pierogi design. Then we got to eat all of our hard work which was delicious. Thank you so much for an awesome evening. ☺️

We love perigees but struggle to make them. This was the perfect last night in Warsaw learning the skill of peroigie making. The cooking space was professional and well suited for a group. The fillings were already prepared so our group basically had to prepare the dough, fill and seal the dumplings. The instruction was friendly and group friendly while allowing each group to create their own dumplings. Several styles of sealing the dumplings were demonstrated. Everything was cooked and we all dined together, enjoying all of the dumplings we created. It was a fun experience and I would highly recommend this activity.

We’ve had a great class from Ben. Very friendly and well spoken in English. We’ve mastered the art of making and eating the pierogi’s. We would recommend it to everyone, young and old. :)

The delightful instructor and well-organized set-up resulted in delicious pierogis! I learned new ways of folding the dough and decorating. Th fillings were prepared ahead and very tasty.

Had a great time learning how to make and cook peirogi dumplings with lots of hints and tips plus various recipes to take home. We then got to eat the assorted dumplings, way to many to finish. Well worth it. We will make them at home.
