What To Expect
Travelers' Choice BEST OF THE BEST Award! After a short introduction that includes the origins of pierogi, we will learn to prepare dumplings with meat and vegetarian fillings. You will get to know how to knead the dough, how to properly roll it out, then you will learn various techniques of folding the dumplings and discover hacks that make them really tasty. Best part comes at the end: you get to eat what you have produced, so please, come hungry! A tasting of Polish liqueurs included. Vegetarian and vegan option upon request.

5.00I participated in the high school training this time, and it was a really great experience It was one of the most memorable memories of my stay in Poland, and the workshop was very easy to understand and designed to be enjoyed by a group of foreigners, so I was able to participate with peace of mind! I am truly grateful that Maria was so kind and warm to the end of the workshop! Zosia and I created a very relaxed atmosphere and enjoyed it from start to finish. If you're visiting Warsaw, I'd definitely recommend it!
We were able to make and enjoy lots of different types of pierogis.

5.00What a fun way to embrace the Polish tradition of pierogi! My daughter and I enjoyed creating our first batch of dumplings together, Maria made the class entertaining and the end product was delicious. Enjoying them family style was a nice touch. Highly recommend this class for anyone interested in authentic dumplings.
My wife and I couldn’t wait to attend this class! These were the best pierogis we ever ate…after 41 years of marriage!!

4.00The class was well prepared and we did learn a few things, so it was definitely worthwhile. It was also reasonably engaging and not too long. Unfortunately, the host was not very warm or welcoming, and throughout the course it felt like he mainly wanted to get through it as quickly as possible
