5.00Brittany was an excellent guide - knowledgeable and funny, and John was an awesome driver who also interacted well with those on the tour. Since we only have 4 days in DC, this tour was both an efficient and effective way to see the important city buildings as well as the memorials. My husband and I really enjoyed hearing all the background and history surrounding the buildings and memorials. He had never been to DC, so all the memorials were new to him. As a 100% disabled veteran of the Viet Nam War, that memorial was especially meaningful to him. We both looked up the names of friends who lost their lives there. Since I had been to DC last, the Korean War Memorial and the Air Force Memorial were new to me. I was particularly moved by the Korean War Memorial, but the FDR Memorial is still my favorite. It’s worth the time and money, especially if you’re in DC less than 3 weeks or so!
