One of the best days I have had in a long time. Cal was an incredible guide and host for the entire day. Very knowledgeable on the history of Yellowstone. He was also very attentive to the group and genuinely cared about everyone enjoying themselves. Saw bison, coyote, bald eagles and some moose on the way home. Yellowstone is a special place and this tour is perfect way to see it.

This would have been a 1 review if not for the nice recovery of replacement guide Cierra… Pickup was 2 hours late. Company failed to notify employee they had a tour. As a result tour was short and we missed sleep as they asked us to be ready by 6am. Cierra was called in on her day off and did a great job!! We enjoyed the day with her including the “slide” at Moose Falls. Company should have reimbursed us for part of this trip but refused. Terrible management!!!!!!

Absolutely beautiful and so easy to book and enjoy. Pickup and return directly to our resort. Megan, our guide , was the BEST! Knowledgeable and an absolute gem of a person. Took time to get to know each of the guests on the trip personally. Brought us water and snacks, and told us about all aspects of our trip through Grand Teton and Yellowstone national parks. We made frequent stops at stunning views. We’re seniors and because of the size of the vehicle we were on it would have been difficult to get in and out of. Megan made sure we had a step stool to make our entries and exits seamless. We were able to see more wildlife than we had hoped for. One of the many highlights of our trip was Old Faithful. Megan had us there in plenty of time to enjoy the majesty of the geyser. In addition we went to several others that we were able to walk to. Megan explained in detail all of the features of each stop. We would do this trip again in a heartbeat especially if we could request Megan. Book this trip! You won’t regret it!

It was full of fun and our guide was great. Toby made sure that we saw as much as possible. Yoby pointed out every animal he saw, gave great information and made sure to interact with everyone in the group. The trip was easy to do and we had fabulous lunch.

Tour is suppose to be from 6am-6pm. We have toured with this company 3 times prior. So we were very excited to be going again. That was ruined by our guide RIGGS. As soon as we were picked up & heading towards the Grand Tetons. Riggs lets everyone know that bottle water & muffins are in the basket. Also, he likes to drive & listen to music on the way & not talk! Finally, after the waivers are signed & Riggs has the coach ready it’s almost 9am. We are off & headed towards Old Faithful. We make 1 quick stop along the way & it’s back on the coach. We see 4 Bison, everyone is wanting pics. But, Riggs says that he’s not allowed to stop there for us to take photos. Ok, I thought that’s what we paid $900 a couple for! Now, when it comes to lunch it’s a shredded club sandwich that we are expected to eat while the Snow Coach is moving. Needless to say, most of the sandwich fell to the floor. We make 2 more quick stops for Riggs to smoke & throw his cigarette butts in the snow. Which is still littering, then it’s back on the Coach. Our guide Riggs was great at Texting & driving the Snow Coach. But horrible at really being a guide! There’s no memorable pics from this trip. No stopping for wildlife, no stops at a continental divide or anything else that would be a memory! We were the last coach to leave Flagg Ranch for our tour & the 1st tour back! We arrived back at Flag Ranch just before 2pm. When the guide is done with the Snow Coach there are things they do before you get on the shuttle to head back to Jackson. That gives you time to shop at the gift shop. We boarded the shuttle bus around 3:00 to head back to our hotels. Once our guide realized that he was getting us back way too early. Riggs pulled over on the side of the road to allow us to stand in the doorway & take pics of the Bison near Spread Creek. Once we were dropped off at our hotel at 4:50pm. I immediately called the company & filled a complaint with the GM Steve. Steve gave us $200 back & promised a huge discount & their Best Guide if we would pay to book with them again. As a customer the experience should have been right the 1st time.

We had a fantastic time doing a winter snow coach tour of Yellowstone. Our guide, Adriana, was extremely knowledgeable and had some great stories - she was a lot of fun and we would highly recommend her. During the tour we saw iconic geothermal features, including Old Faithful and the Fountain Geyser erupting, as well as plentiful wildlife (including bison, wolves, bald eagles and moose). The lunch was great as well!

My sister and I went on this tour for my birthday and it was such a good experience. Our tour guide Cierra was so nice and friendly. I believe she said this was her first time doing this kind of tour which I think she did a really good job for it being a first time. As we were driving to the different stops Cierra told us facts about the features at the park and answered any questions we had. We saw a lot of animals like bison, a coyote, moose, a bald eagle, and swans. I would totally recommend this tour to anyone looking for something to do during the winter.

Riggs is great! Very knowledgeable, kept us safe and showed us what he had in his list to show The weather was perfect, but the animals weren’t out. We saw Bison and Bald Eagles . My ONLY issues with this tour, we only made 4 stops and Old Faithful. This was not our guides fault. It’s where he allowed to go. Yellowstone in winter should be on everyone’s list! It’s breathtaking Our last complaint was, for $1000 a couple, a little better lunch could have been served. We got sandwiches chips and a cookie, and had to eat on the go. The meat was shredded, so it was falling all over the place as he was driving, and they didn’t provide condiments ( he had a squeeze bottle of mayo but it wouldn’t come out) Maybe think about a hot meal for this trip. We would still recommend this tour
