We guarantee 100% No Shopping Stops in our tours. When you check some other tours, if they don't mention no shopping, they MUST have commissioned based shopping stops as jade factory or tea ceremony. Even you don't see shopping related words in their itineraries or product introduction, it is indeed a shopping tour. Be sure to check out with them about the shopping stops and read reviews from their clients carefully to see what the real experience would be. By joining a shopping tour like that, your time spent on attractions will be shortened, and you will be pressured to buy overpriced items. Normally the so called jade factory or tea ceremony is the tourist trap. You have to stay there an hour or more for those travel agents to get the commission from the factory stores. If you prefer to enjoy the tour thoroughly, you are suggested to choose a tour without any annoying shopping stops just like ours.

Tips to guide and driver
Zhangjiajie National Forest Park
In the morning, your tour guide will pick you up from your hotel lobby. The meeting time will be confirmed with you before your tour starts. Then let's start the amazing journey to Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. For your reference, it is suggested that you book a hotel near the East Gate of the Park, where there are more restaurants and hotels for your choice.
BaiLong Elevator
After entering the East Gate, your guide will first escort you to take the Bailong Elevator, the world’s tallest and fastest outdoor sightseeing lift listed in the Guinness World Records.
Coming out of the elevator, you will reach Yuanjiajie Scenic Area. The most famous site here is the Hallelujah Mountain, which was the inspiration for the floating mountain in the sci-fi movie Avatar. You will also be constantly mesmerized by other natural wonders like the Back Garden, Enchanting Platform, and First Bridge under Heaven. Have a Chinese lunch after the morning's visit.
After lunch, our guide will accompany you on a shuttle bus to the Yangjiajie Scenic Area, famous for its beautiful streams, lush virgin forests and peak walls. It is hailed as a “major new discovery of Zhangjiajie geomorphology”. Dozens of rolling peaks capped with Wuling pines stand parallel and resemble a row of stone walls.
Tianzi Mountain
Let’s take a shuttle bus to Tianzi Mountain, which is known as “an enlarged bonsai, a minified fairyland”. With many types of rare plants and protected animals, it is a paradise for nature lovers to explore. Descend the mountain by cable car with your tour guide accompanied. The guide will then take you back to your hotel.
The Grand Canyon of Zhangjiajie
In the morning, your tour guide will pick you up at your hotel. Then we will drive you along the winding mountain road to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon for around 40 minutes.
Zhangjiajie Glass Bridge
After entering the Grand Canyon Scenic Area, you will meet the highlight of your journey - the world-renown Glass Bridge, the highest and longest of its kind, over the canyon. On the bridge, you will not only test your mettle but also enjoy the breathtaking panoramic views from below.
Tianmen Mountain National Forest Park
In the afternoon, we will reach the downtown cableway station of Tianmen Mountain and take a ride up the mountain. As the world’s longest passenger cableway, it will bring you the double enjoyment of excitement and beauty. At the summit, try the cliffside Glass Skywalk. Later, take the 7-level escalator down to enjoy the landmark Tianmen Cave. Continue your descent with your guide to Tianmen Square. After the sightseeing, let’s descend the mountain by express cable car. At the end of the Zhangjiajie tour, you will be escorted back to your hotel. Important note: A private tour will be offered exclusively for you if you have 7 people or more.

Our tour guide who was from the area was excellent. She was super friendly and shared the history of the culture which she is a part of. She also worked the tour around the different places based on when she knew they were least crowded. This made for no waiting or waiting in lines much shorter.

Fiona is amazing and a great guide!! Definitely needed a guide because the park is huge, not in english, and very hard to get around. Fiona brought snacks, took care of us, and is so smart and sweet. Told us about her life in the village.

Micheal the guide, was perfect, organized and very smart. However the detail of the tour, provided when booked and after, were not respect. The first day the tour was only Half day tour despite what reported inside the program. Moreover the travel operator was not reactive: the should tell me the detail of the guide the day before but I had to contact it more time to have these detail.

This was a great two-day tour, the shuttle picked us up at the hotel on time. Taking a tour is very convenient as both guides (we had 2 different guides each day) were showing the way and giving the guidelines on where to go. For Day 2 (glass bridge etc) I'd recommend to give more time to go down to the bottom of the Grand Canyon. We did not have enough time to return back (2 hours). Thank you
