My husband and I took the tour with Steve last Friday. Steve is a wealth of information about families, history, cemetery and tombstone art. It is a huge cemetery, and taking the tour was a great way to begin learning about the area. Also, Steve has a pocket full of "dad" jokes he is happy to share! Take this tour, you will learn more about Savannah, and it is a beautiful place to while away a couple of hours.

Everyone in my tour ended up canceling due to the weather so it was just me (and I couldn’t reschedule for the next day since I was leaving that day). The guide, Chris, thankfully still agreed to come and I’m so glad he did! He was so well informed about more than just the graves highlighted on the tour. I asked a lot of questions and had knowledgeable answers for many of them! Thanks for braving the bad weather, Chris!

Really enjoyed the cemetery tour with Dawn. She was informative and spent our time well. We heard some very interesting historical stories about the families buried at Bonaventure. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Savannah. FYI this is NOT a ghost tour, more of history and information on the families buried there.

Chris was our your guide. He was so patient with stragglers and people who didn’t follow the instructions! He got e together and began the tour! He was thorough and knowledgable about his subjects. He was also honest, “ I don’t know much about the family, but I know this…” Chris was easy to hear and understand. Chris waited for the whole group to gather before beginning to talk! The group was respectful and very interested! The day was beautiful and I enjoyed every second of our tour. Thank you Chris for being such a wonderful host and all the information you shared! I’ll never forget it!
