The crew, setting inside the ship and cruise down the Willamette were all super. My only frustration was that our waitress was over-loaded with tables so service was slow to begin and slow during the lunch meal. She had way too many tables to attend to and seemed frustrated although very polite. Maybe another wait staff didn't show up for shift? If this was a typical number of tables for one person to serve, the Spirit management needs to rethink that!

I really enjoyed the excursion and the meal. There were several food options, which was great for those with food issues. The appetizer trays were pretty spendy ($30 each), but very good! We got the seafood tray. So much yum! They have a full bar, with reasonably priced drinks, both hot and cold. There was an option to listen to the narrator via headphones or ear buds. I really wish I would have known that ahead of time so I would have brought my ear buds. One can also download the 16 pages of information, but it's tiny print on a cell phone. The other option is to listen from the observation deck, but they don't serve on the observation dyummy! I completely recommend this lunch cruise, but take you ear buds, and be prepared for the extra expenses.

The boat reception is good. The crew are welcoming. The food is alright but the drinks are for a fee.

The cruise its self was beautiful. However service was vary lacking. For the price I would expect a little better service. We didn't get out desert until we were parked at the dock it was a little ridiculous especially watching everyone get their deserts before us.. I am disappointed to say the least.

If you take this lunch cruise, you should definitely get the admirals package… it covers everything from picture’s appetizer's and desserts… and it’s cheaper than getting things individually and a free alcoholic beverage.
