It serves as an important passage between the northern and southern parts of the country and is a popular stop for travelers heading towards Issyk-Kul Lake or the Naryn Region.
The Kok-Moinok Canyons are a striking natural wonder located approximately 160 km east of Bishkek, near the village of Kok-Moinok, in the Chui Valley of central Kyrgyzstan. These canyons are renowned for their vivid red and orange sandstone formations, shaped by centuries of wind and water erosion.
