  The BEST. We were told from some locals that we would need water shoes, but definitely dont need them. So do go buy if you dont have.

  Came here for the 3hr boat tour which I booked online that morning (booking.com/viator). As soon as you walk in the reception is to the right, it was easy, they had the paper ready, I just had to write email and sign. The boats are down two flights of stairs and they give you life jackets. You hand in ticket from check-in to the tour guide before you leave. We had Jonathan as a guide, a teacher at heart. he was knowledgeable and passionate about the natural wonders of the lagoon and had a great personality. He’s the best! There are bathrooms when you first walk in to the right past reception and a parking area off the street. I had no problem going up to the tower and such a beautiful high view from up there (other reviews mentioned they were not allowed, not sure why. It is open door). I went in the afternoon so I don’t know about using the kayaks after the tour because we got back after 6p. The staff also let me charge my phone there for a bit and you can sit in the chairs down by the dock and relax before you leave. The tour staff was home when we got back but all was good.   Dany told us a lot about the cenotes and the lagoon. We were provided with drinks (water, hibiscus iced tea & beer), as well as watermelon. In two places we were allowed to get out and go swimming. The lagoon & cenotes with their many different colors and crystal clear waters were really fantastic! It gave me a lot of pleasure to participate in the tour! Definitely recommended! After the tour, you can rent a kayak at the beach club for free or stay there for a while.

  The tour was amazing, the lagoon is actually wonderful! Our Captain Carlos was very friendly and showed us everything about the lagoons and their cenotes. Super recommended!

  This was such an amazing experience. The tour was fantastic and took us to all of the points of interest on the lagoon and then we were able to use the beach club’s facilities including the kayaks which were so much fun. I highly recommend
