Do not book this outing. I wasnt sure where to go and called the agent and there was a HUGE language barrier. Even though we had stated while booking we were english speaking. Even had a choice to choose from. He text me a place to go to via google maps...which was in BRAZIL. We were in Roatan not Brazil. He ended up getting frustrated and hung up on me and then wouldnt answer. Think twice before booking.

You can choose between Spanish and English tour guide. For a 2.5 hour tour the price of 23€ was OK , there was still water and some fruit . After that they drove us to the ADO station. Topp

Beautiful late afternoon! The boat tour ended with a beautiful sunset 🌞 Zayed was kind and his comments were interesting. He even took pictures that he sent us afterwards! Really, I recommend:)

This Lagoon tour was absolutely perfect, we went for the afternoon or and got to see an amazing sunset. Zayed was an amazing guide, very knowledgable about the lagoon and cenotes, providing great music and chit chat - would absolutely recommend! Very good value for money

I highly recommend Tony Manrique. He is truly passionate about his work and incredibly friendly. He takes great care of everyone in the group and explains each stop clearly. The Seven-Color Lagoon is stunning, with crystal-clear water that changes beautifully—such an amazing experience. I would recommend this tour to everyone.

I was the only one booked for the boat tour so Zayed from Bonzay contacted me to offer a tour with a partner company at no extra cost. He even picked me up at my hotel to take me to the new tour location. Great service! When I come back to Bacalar I will definitely book with Bonzay again.

Bonzay organized the tour, and was very attentive making sure everything was okay during the trip. Tony Manrique was our captain and treated us perfectly. We saw the most beautiful spots in the lagoon, we could swim and play whatever music we wanted on the boat. The tour was very instructive, we learned from the lagoon and also had fun swimming, eating and drinking. I recommend it 100%, we loved it!
