4.00I wish I had known about this while I was still dating my wife. While we enjoyed it too, it is meant to be a very romantic tour with several opportunities to propose even. I really enjoyed the view of the city both during the day and into the evening. You could also see the island to the south, which was great as we were going there the next day. It was nice and cool up there and was a nice change from all the heat and humidity down in the city. I would also like to commend our tour guide as she was very helpful and had lots of information. My main complaints were that there wasn't any toilet paper in either of the bathrooms and that the meal had several items in it that we didn't like (cream of mushroom soup for example).
