Choose your perfect island adventure. Our full-day SNORKEL TOUR (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) offers sightseeing at Bocachica Fort and Pablo Escobar’s estate, followed by three 1.5 hour stops at Marina Island, Grande Island (for snorkeling and lunch), and Rosario Island; select the LEISURE TOUR option to opt-out of snorkeling. For a more lively experience, the full-day PARTY TOUR (8:30 AM – 4:00 PM) includes the same sightseeing stops but features 1.5 hour stops at Baru Island, Grande Island (for lunch), and Cholon Island. (Please note: Cholon is famously loud, crowded, and overpriced; select this tour ONLY if you are carefree and want to party.) Finally, our VIP TOUR (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) via comfort speedboat features the same sightseeing stops, a snorkeling session, and three premium stops at Islabela (1.5 hrs), a private beach club (1.5 hrs) and an award-winning Island resort for lunch (1.5 hrs).

No longer using Viator and not referring clients to them. Complete lack of support for a serious safety issue with Cococartagena. Starts with total chaos trying to find where to check in at the docks. No clear communication or direction provided prior. Boat broke down towards last stop. Instead of calling operations at Cartagena to alert and request a back up boat right then, they putted the to boat to a separate dock away from the resort to attempt repairs, thinking we all didn’t know what was happening. We were supposed to have two more site seeing only stops , one being Pablo Escobar’s home which never happened. We were supposed to leave at 3:40pm, at 4:15, they finally said a small delay. This turned into a delay till 6:15/6:30. Mind you after sunset. They called to Cartagena once it was too late to send another boat to us, an hour and 15 mins away. The boat finally arrived— we had to shine our lights on our phones so it could see us. We left at 6:30 in the pitch dark in rough seas back. We arrived 2 1/2 hours late. Thank God. Did we see some great laces yes. No communication. Complete lack of safety. Owner met us at dock- compensation was vouchers for drinks at local bars - and offered to our minor child. Filed claim and was immediately denied as coco says we shouldn’t have a financial hardship Doe something out of our control. It was completely in their control and their lack of communication was unacceptable- and the rough seas in a speed boat ( we are vip speed boat) in pitch black was insane. They did nothing to assure everyone’s safety and when people got upset and questioned this, they were met with rude replies. Viator did nothing to stand by us with years of booking through them as well. Do not ever use Coco and bye bye Viator. Have. Fun with our charge back.
