Fun but a bit underwhelming. Zip lining was new for me. And the group leader was nice. The buggy kept dying but i was able to switch to a new one.

They were very rude and inconsiderate. Our tour lasted longer than it should, I got Stuck on the zipline and they wasn’t even prepared to come out to get me. then almost a min to start coming towards. They had to put on harness. I feel As they should always be harness up for emergencies. They also left us at a spot by our selves with no attendant there. that’s a safety issue.

Be prepared to have a lot of fun and get muddy! Very muddy! Wear old clothing, shoes and bring a bandana for your face. The zip lines are fun but definitely catch you with a jolt on the end or you may get stuck a few feet from the end but have no fear they will come quickly and bring you in. The horse back riding is definitely beginner friendly. The buffet lunch was very good but we had little time to eat. Well it was a great day the only down side is that your are rushed from one activity to the next.

Lots of fun! We went on a rainy day so we didn’t get to go to the river but everything else was great! Zipline was beautiful. I would definitely recommend bringing a towel and change of clothes especially for after the buggy ride you get VERY muddy!

We found no point in the military truck ride, nothing to see and a lot of pollution from trucks. The zip lines are demonic in height, length and speed (sensitive audience abstain). The buggies are nice but the circuit relatively short (well plan a change because you come out sprayed with mud, take suitable clothes because the mud leaves stains that do not go to the washing machine). The meal on site is very good but be careful the drink is extra to pay on site, coca: 3 usd.

We had a great time on this experience. The bus’s ride was comfortable with AC and all 7 activities and the vibe was great. The food was delicious. Only draw back is that it takes all day to complete all 7 activities and there is a good bit of time just waiting around for your time to go. This is during busy season in the middle of summer.

It was fun, don’t get me wrong we had a good time. My fiancé had a good time because she never did a lot of the stuff like horseback riding and jumping off a tower and what not but she still said it was a 3/5. While it was a memorable time, it was so because we made it that way. Keep the mindset right and everything will be good. Unfortunately the zip lines were down, and that’s what I was looking forward too. They didn’t tell us however until after the 24 hour full refund time had passed. We couldn’t cancel anymore and we might’ve and rebooked with another company had we known the zip line was down. Transparency could’ve been better. They did give us a full photo lineup for free however to make up for the zip lines being down, but I still felt like that didn’t make up for it. The chairlift was also down when we came and it was a lot of standing around, literally for an hour or so until they got it going. For a legitimate company I would’ve thought it would’ve been taken care of before guests arrived. Other than that it was cool. You jump off a little tower that gets your heart rate up a bit. Go on a “safari” which is a short drive in the back of a cramped military truck, where you drive to a village and get to feed donkeys and try the classics mamahuanna, chocolate, and coffee. You also go on a very short buggy ride, very very short buggy ride and you have to pack them with 4 people. They don’t tell you this until your there so some people got upset, it just means that two people won’t drive at all, and the drive time max is like 5 minutes anyway, divide that by two people, spend your money on a buggy ride elsewhere. It’s still cool to be able to do a bunch of stuff all in one go, you do get a lunch, and the transportation is well planned. There’s a lot of good things. The people are nice, you don’t get pushed to purchase things, and nobody is in your face asking for tips like other places. We still had a good time, made memories, but there’s definitely some things that need worked on/communicated before you purchase tickets.

Fabulous trip for all ages. Great ride up to zip wire on cable car. You can come down if zip wire is not your thing. Super adventure on zip wire...5 rides on zip in total 2 small quick ones in middle. Great fun and very safe on horse riding. Guides with you at all times and all calm and enjoyable. Fabulous lunch provided in the cost. Great adventure to safari town house to sample hot drinks and feed a animals. Also an amazing buggy ride through forest. A fantastic day for everyone and extremely good value for money.

The experience at La Hacienda was excellent. The loss of stars in the review lie with the host. She turned up on time and had my name and my friends on her clip board but told me that I wouldn't get in with my phone booking as the actual names weren't showing. I asked to go back to the room for the printed versions to check and she said no. Was hurried to get on coach despite us having 5 mins. So my friend had to abandon getting water form the cafe. 1 hour to collect other passengers from hotels then a good further hour without water was uncomfortable in a cramped bus. So anxious that I wouldn't be allowed in and having to pay a further £145 for the trip on arrival but when I got there the staff had zero problem with my phone ticket. Also on the bus they try and get you to purchase from them bandana and masks for the buggy trip. Its gouging people when you could prepare them in advance to bring one. The day out in itself is a fantastic day out so hats off to La Hacienda. But Viator needs to re think who they are representing. PS just a note but when zip lining , at the end of the line it can be a bit more harsh. The impact to my friend left her with a bloody nose and she had to visit the nurse. Their nurse is not a very friendly person either so beware.
