3.00The experience at La Hacienda was excellent. The loss of stars in the review lie with the host. She turned up on time and had my name and my friends on her clip board but told me that I wouldn't get in with my phone booking as the actual names weren't showing. I asked to go back to the room for the printed versions to check and she said no. Was hurried to get on coach despite us having 5 mins. So my friend had to abandon getting water form the cafe. 1 hour to collect other passengers from hotels then a good further hour without water was uncomfortable in a cramped bus. So anxious that I wouldn't be allowed in and having to pay a further £145 for the trip on arrival but when I got there the staff had zero problem with my phone ticket. Also on the bus they try and get you to purchase from them bandana and masks for the buggy trip. Its gouging people when you could prepare them in advance to bring one. The day out in itself is a fantastic day out so hats off to La Hacienda. But Viator needs to re think who they are representing. PS just a note but when zip lining , at the end of the line it can be a bit more harsh. The impact to my friend left her with a bloody nose and she had to visit the nurse. Their nurse is not a very friendly person either so beware.

5.00Amazing!!!! Had a great time and they had so much to do!! Everyone is very nice and friendly and they make you feel comfortable. Make sure you bring a change of clothes and be ready for an eventful day. Also make sure to hydrate any chance you get. 10/10 definitely recommend!!
