Haedong Yonggungsa
Haedong Yonggungsa Temple: A Coastal Sanctuary Haedong Yonggungsa Temple is a renowned Buddhist temple nestled on the southeastern coast of Busan, South Korea. Unlike most temples found deep within mountains, this temple is uniquely situated on a cliff overlooking the East Sea, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean. Built during the Goryeo Dynasty, this temple has a legend that if you make a wish during the day, it will come true by evening.
Ahopsan Forest
Ahopsan Forest [K-drama film location] Ahopsan Forest is a place where you can experience an untouched natural environment and rich ecology. The forest features a mix of bamboo groves, cypress forests, cedar trees, and ginkgo trees, as well as natural stands of Korean pine trees that are 100 to 300 years old. Covering an impressive 52,000 square meters, this private forest has been preserved for around 400 years. Many Korean dramas and films, including "The King," "Kundo," and "The Great," have been shot here.

This tour was absolutely worth it. Steven was a fantastic guide—punctual pickup, excellent communication throughout the day, and a great sense of humor that made the experience even more enjoyable. He shared so much knowledge about Busan and the history behind each stop, which really added depth to the tour. The itinerary was well-rounded, the small-group setting was comfortable, and everything ran smoothly. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Busan in a meaningful, well-organized way.

This was a really fantastic tour! Rick was our guide and I genuinely enjoyed the experiences they put together. The tour is a wonderful value and certainly a full day of exploring! You see many of Busan's highlights and a nice variety of places to visit. I especially enjoyed the nature preserve and the cliffside temple. It was a small tour group size, about 7 total including Rick. They were wonderful and it was a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere the whole day. I think this tour is a great option whether you're solo, a couple, or a small group of colleagues. Lots of fun!

I loved Stevens energy. He was a fun guide and was very patient with us on one of the busiest days of the year. He made sure we reached all of our destinations and was very informative, telling us stories from his grandmother and also giving us historic break downs at each location.

This is an excellent trip with a small group & an excellent guide. Our guide, Steven, is extremely helpful and shared some history of the attractions. The bamboo forest was really nice although will need to hike quite a bit. Wear comfy shoes! Thankfully, Steven is thoughtful & accommodating, always flexible in adjusting to our needs. He is a careful driver too. A million thanks to Steven for making our trip a memorable one 😍

We had an excellent experience with Steven, our day trip tour guide! He was very engaging and friendly, and communicated clearly in both English and Chinese. His explanations of the history and background of each attraction were informative and easy to understand, which made the tour much more meaningful. He accompanied us throughout the attractions such as the temple and bamboo forest, and was especially patient in making sure everyone are together. He also acted as translator when we couldn’t understand Korean and he volunteered as photographer for us. He takes really good photos! He constantly checked in to ensure we were comfortable and doing well, and always asked if we needed any help or assistance, which we are very grateful. Overall, his professionalism and care made the trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommended!

Steven was an absolutely exceptional tour guide for our trip to Busan's cultural villages and Hwangnyeongsan night view! Our day was fantastic, highlighted by the beautiful sunset view from the cafe at Huinnyeoul Culture Village and the incredible city views from Hwangnyeongsan after dark. Steven's proficiency in English, Chinese, and Japanese was incredibly helpful. What we truly appreciated was his passion and enthusiasm—he was actively involved with the group throughout the entire trip. He went above and beyond by taking great photos for everyone and making a special effort to be inclusive, ensuring solo travelers were never left out. We highly recommend Steven! Thank you for the wonderful memories.

The tour was very intense with near-perfect timing (busy but well-balanced). The driving and the bus were a bit basic, but the experience was unforgettable, and the guide was incredibly attentive to his guests.

Mason truly exceeded all our expectations. He is honestly the best tour guide we have ever had! Since we were only in Busan for 8 hours (cruise stop), he asked us to make a list of places we wanted to see. It was a very ambitious list for the short time we had, yet Mason organized the tour itinerary so perfectly that we not only visited everything on our list, but also had time for other extraordinarily beautiful, new spots, and even enjoyed an exquisite, traditionally prepared Matcha tea. He didn't just drive us around; he shared interesting information about the sites and the city in general. Also, as we were traveling with my 4-year-old daughter, he made an effort to entertain or play with her for a bit so that we could enjoy the views or shop for souvenirs. He took great photos of us and kept us laughing throughout the day. By the end of the tour, we didn't want him to leave because we enjoyed his company so much. He knows he has new friends in Mexico City who appreciate him very much. We highly, highly recommend him. We miss you Mason! :) - De Aguinaga Family -

We had a busy day touring Busan, the hotel pick up and drop off was super handy. Unfortunately Busan traffic was particularly bad/ there had been an accident so it put the timing out for the day (not the tour guides fault) which made the transitions between places a bit rushed however we had a great day and got to see everything we wanted. The Busan area is beautiful and particularly loved the Gamcheon cultural village.
