A breakfast box will be prepared for you ,at 4 am our representative will escort you from the ship lobby ,a group guide tour to the magnificent temples of Abusimbel ,date back to the new kingdom of ancient Egypt ,reign of the great pharaoh Rmessess the second ,two rock cut temples ,a local guide will explain the history of the tow temples and help you get the best pictures ever ,distance from Aswan to Abusimbel about 290KM ,drive back to Aswan ,get your lunch ,ship will depart the city of Aswan, sailing down the Nile to Kom ombo city.

Temple of Kom Ombo

officially ,the city of Kom ombo belongs to Aswan province ,which is 55KM south of Aswan ,ship will dock at the city for one hour and half tour to the dual temple of Kom ombo and the crocodile museum ,a walking distance as the temple located on the river bank ,back to the ship for dinner ,set sail to Edfu city .

After breakfast ,your guide will accompany you to the temple of the god Horus by a horse carriage .its the second biggest temple and the best preserved in Egypt ,was built in 237 BC,2 hours visit ,then take the hose carriage back to the ship ,rest of the day enjoy sailing the Nile and the banks of the river ,see the life of the locals living by the Nile banks ,till reaching the city of Esna ,which is officially the beginning of Luxor province borders ,cross Esna lock ,continue navigation down the Nile to Luxor city .

After breakfast ,check out ,you can keep your luggage on the ship if your departure from the city will be late in the day ,or you can keep it in the vehicle if you would like to be dropped off in any place after the end of the day tour ,if you will be going to Hurgada or Masa allam , just let us know as we can arrange a private transfer for you or drop you off in the bus station .a full day tour to the most famous attractions of Luxor city including the valley of the kings tombs which is the royal cemetery of the new kingdom pharaohes ,18,19 and 20 dynasty 3500 years ago ,our guide will help you choose the best preserved tombs ,as the ticket our guide will hand you will help you vist just 3 tombs out of 65 ,there are some tombs not included in that regular ticket ,such as King TUT ANK AMON tomb ,Ramessess 6th tomb and king Seti the first tomb ,if you would like to visit any of them ,then there will be extra charge .

Our experience with EGYPT KNIGHT TOURS was amazing. The package tour includes all the excursions and transportation plus the cruise package. Our tour guide HANI was with us from the beginning to the end of the tour. He even accompanied us to the train station on our last day. HANI was very proffesional and knowledgeable. Just finished our 4 day/3 night cruise from Aswan to Luxor with Egypt Knight tours and tour guide Hany. I can not recommend this tour enough. Hany was amazing. He was knowledgeable about all of the sites and knew exactly where to take us to show us the best parts of the temples. He has an exceptional understanding of Egyptology and was able to explain everything to us in an interesting and engaging way. His English was nearly perfect and we had no troubles communicating. At the end of each tour we had free time with recommendations of what to see. His recommendations were always spot on. The choices of what we saw during the day vs evening tours was well thought out as well, bringing out the best of each site. A must do if you’re in Egypt.

As described, trip included a nice boat (ours was the Royal Signature Olivia), all tickets to temples and Abu Simbel included, and a tour guide (ours was Magdy from Egypt Knight Tours, who we had a great experience with). You run the course of the sites alongside numerous other boats at the same time, actually going through some of them when you are docked to get off the water and to the sites. Expect early mornings to hit temples early as the boats all have a system for completing the route on a certain amount of time. Food was buffet style and okay quality; however, service was very good and workers were nice. For Valley of the Kings, ask your guide about tombs that cost additional amounts like Seti I (incredible) and King Tut (historically important for archaeology but very small). They will let you know what they recommend.

Cruise and excellent staff. Both the guide and the staff working on the ship were very attentive and friendly. The company Egypt Knignt is also very good, I had support from the assistant Nada all the time, with quick responses and taking care of everything going well. The ship is pretty!

Magdy was a very kind and thoughtful guide. He was very flexible on the first day when our flight got delayed and was understanding when one of our party members was under the weather. He took the time to make sure that we understood the history and symbolism we would see across our tour, doing a great job of connecting the sites to the common history of Ancient Egypt. Our boat was clean with friendly staff and Magdy helped us to feel like family, including with other parties in our group. We highly recommend the experience.
It was nice to have a fresh breeze.

It bothered me that it was pretty old. I liked the sweeping window. It was a very pleasant and indescribable feeling to be in the refreshing breeze, looking out over the landscape without shaking in the world's longest Nile

Our Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor was absolutely unforgettable. Hani, our guide, was exceptional — incredibly knowledgeable, organized, and passionate about Egyptian history. He made every visit fascinating, from the temples in Luxor to the breathtaking Abu Simbel, which was definitely worth the trip. The cruise was smooth and covered all the highlights. We spent 4 amazing days and 3 nights exploring Aswan and Luxor with our tour guide, Hani, and it was truly a once in the lifetime experience. We visited 7 temples, Abu Simbel and the valley of the kings tombs. Hani was knowledgeable about Egypt’s rich history and mythology, he also shared everything with such passion. He told me he has 20 years of experience working as a tour guide. He had a sense of humour. If you’re visiting Aswan and Luxor for the first time, I highly recommend booking this excursion with your guide and driver so you don’t have to worry about arranging rides and figure out where to go. It’s definitely worth it!
