Our day trip from Aswan to Luxor was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the breathtaking historical sites we visited. Luxor is truly a must-see destination, with incredible temples and ancient wonders that left us in awe. However, the organization of the trip left much to be desired. Communication with the tour agency was poor, making it difficult to get updates or clear instructions. The driver’s behavior was concerning—he frequently watched TikTok while driving, sped at 150 km/h, and never used his seat belt, which made the journey feel unsafe. Additionally, there was no water provided in the car, which was disappointing for such a long trip.

Excellent driver and car - perfectly air conditioned and very comfortable seats, which isn’t all that common in Egypt! Timing was flexible. We had a guide included which we don’t think added that much as the couldn’t enter the temples, but it didn’t cost too much more.

He showed up late, took the local roads (harrowing) instead of the highway, and made us go to a hard sell family shop after we declined. The tour included lunch, but he charged us 400 egp when it cost him 200. We tipped him well and had to just throw money at the problem so we could part company. Rough day unnecessarily. Could have saved 1.5 hours driving on normal roads instead of through the middle of every village.

Excellent driver, nice guide who gave us all information in the car. That was a clever idea. Well prepared before we got to the gorgeous site! Guide also arranged for lunch in a local restaurant. Delicious food was served. Thank you. Long trip completely worth it.
