1.00No one showed and up couldn’t get in contact with the vendor at all. We called Viator and they also weren’t able to so we ended up asking for a refund from Viator directly. Don’t book this even as a last resort if things are sold out- it’s definitely a scam.

1.00Tour Guide did not turn up. Tried to message and telephone tour company multiple times no answer? Calls were dropped so reached out to Viatour who resolved issue and gave refund. I would not recommend Pancho tours as your experience appears to be unpredictable. Wasted 3 hours of my vacation whilst waiting for guide and sorting out refund and we were not alone other people also had same experience
