Carolina was a fantastic guide. She is very knowledgeable and a lot of fun! I have a gluten sensitivity and the tapas bars we visited all made accommodations so I could try a different dish from the rest of the group. Definitely show up hungry and with a sense of adventure for trying new things!

If I could give Dorata 6 stars, I would. She is originally from Poland but moved to Seville a few years ago. She had terrific knowledge of the tapas and beverages scene of the region. She seemed particularly knowledgeable about the wines and sherry. We had a good assortment of tapas from several different places. Dorata instructed us on how to find the best tapas places, but you'll have to take her tour to find out! She also has a very good command of both English and Spanish. We practiced our Spanish together as well. Our friends and I had a great time on the tour
