Sam is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of Sevilla history/ culture and a wonderful synthesizer of historic events, time periods, architecture, and religious influence. Really helpful! He brings it all together, connecting the dots from one event to the next and explaining why. He speaks somewhat quickly but clearly, and is very personable and responsive to any needs. A great guide, with a touch of dramatic flair! After a few minutes, he captured our hearts!

Sam, our guide, was easy to find, made sure everyone was prepared, and pleasant. We moved promptly through the areas and Sam gave descriptive running commentary as we went. However, his repetitions detracted somewhat from the effect of his presentations.

Was great, but i think if the guide spoke less we would have saw more. So much to see at the palace. Our tour was the english version, not sure if it was the poor quality of the radios but he was very hard to understand. I missed so much.

This was so enjoyable. Our tour guide shared so many important details. We connected those details to our trip to Grenada. It is an important experience to do while in Seville.

Everything you would expect and much more from a city steeped in history. Beautiful architecture, buildings and grounds. We prebooked the guided tour through Viator in order to skip the queues. You cannot go to Seville without a visit. Words cannot describe such beauty and if you able, a climb up the Giralda is worth it!

We went to the meeting g place we had been given but no guide was there. A guide from another company called Oway, which we had been to.d was our guide for the tour. They said the location had been changed. We had received no notification. As we were trying to find the new location we got a call saying our tour had to leave the meeting g point. Luckily we were able to meet up with the group just before they entered the Catedral. This was very stressful, and we received no apology.

Our visit to the Alhambra was an incredible experience and far exceeded our expectations. The tour was very well organized and full of fascinating details, but certainly the best was our guide, Daniel. Daniel has a charismatic personality and a spectacular way of explaining the history of the place. It does not just give data; it gives a very personal touch to its narrative, making each story come to life and the tour dynamic, entertaining and easy to follow. His passion for history is felt in every explanation and he manages to connect the group with the magic and grandeur of the Alhambra. I definitely recommend this tour and, if you have the opportunity to do it with Daniel, do not hesitate. It makes the experience truly memorable.

Arrived at the planned meet up 15 mins prior, to rest, as we knew it would be a heavy walking day. It was easy to spot the guide with the branded umbrella as stated. We had brief introduction to how the day would unfold, and shortly after so we went. Our guide was very thorough, informative with humor, and allows plenty of time ( my opinion) to understand what we were looking at, as well as time to just enjoy being there. We toured the alcazar first and had a great overview of history, with additional questions allowed to add to the discussion. A small break to wander, then off to the cathedral. All major and interesting historical features highlighted. Happy tourist 😃👏

Jose, with his PhD in history, wove a wonderful narrative about the historical context of everything we were seeing. We only scratched the surface of the stories of the Alcazar and the Cathedral, but were mesmerized. The tour will drive us to learn more on our own.

Bad customer service as I accidentally booked a tour for the next day. I IMMEDIATELY contacted both Viator and the tour agency and neither would switch the date of the tour. I understand that it was my mistake but I was not asking for a refund - just a change in your date. Instead, I paid for a tour for four and we were not even in the country.
