While the cathedral and Alcázar were top notch, the tour was rushed and often unintelligible. Our tour guide Macarena was late, always fussing with her hair, did not keep the microphone near enough to her mouth so you couldn’t hear her. She often ran ahead leaving 2/3 of the group stuck in the crowd behind her so you couldn’t see what she was talking about. She never repeated anything for those that got stuck in the back. There were way too many bottlenecks of crowds in this tour, it was not enjoyable for me and I usually love tours like this. Between the crowds and the disorganized and disinterested guide it was almost a fail if not for the Alacazar Palace
