  • Buyer Beware

Recently booked this experience as an activity while in port from our cruise. When we shoed up, despite having no age restrictions my 4.5 year old was not able to partake in any of the slide / jump activities. This resulted in one parent and the child separated from our group missing all the fun. If we had known this going into the event, we would have saved the two registration fees($120) and stayed on the boat. The lunch was delicious. The plantation visit was underwhelming.

Absolutely a must do!! Yes, you have to hike to the waterfalls. Yes, it’s a trek and yes, we went down 4 slides but it’s all worth it! My husband and I did this last month (January). We got lucky and had a small group (7 of us) so it was enjoyable. Our guides were awesome! Willy; he was the silent one in the back who made sure I wasn’t left behind (because it’s a trek and my little legs couldn’t keep up) and Richard (I think that was his name 🫣) led the group and had quite the sense of humor. And Werbe was our photographer, who took great photos and took us for local food and a small tour on cigar making. ❤️

Wonderful Hike on good paths up into the mountains. An amazing experience flowing down the waterfalls— not for the fate of heart, but one of the best experiences we’ve had!

  • The tour was great but...

The tour was great but the company that I worked with , wasn’t good. They rushed us so much and even asked to skip a tour, and we did skip it.

  • Jungle hike and splurge.

Tougher hike in the rainy season but quite the adventure. Unique experience hiking in a jungle then going on natural water slides and jumping about 15 ft. Water was cool but warm outside.
