Our fully uniformed, professional drivers will be holding a sign with your party’s name on it and will collect your luggage right away. We always keep track of the ever-changing live arrival and departure times. This ensures that you will always travel on time if you are traveling with Kini Kini Transfer & Tours.
**INFANTS AND CHILDREN WILL BE PROVIDED WITH COMPLIMENTARY INFANT/CAR SEAT.** - Please specify this in your request.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Arrival transportation has complimentary waiting time of 75 minutes from the moment your plane arrives at gate.
Departure transportation has complimentary waiting time of 15 minutes from your scheduled pickup time.
Cancellation Policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
What To Expect
When you arrive in Aruba you will go through immigration, luggage claim and Aruban customs. You will meet your driver in the airport lobby after claiming your luggage and clearing Aruban customs. Your driver will be standing with a sign with your name on it. Your driver will take you to your private vehicle and drive you directly to your resort. Find your way to any place on Aruba safely and on time with our transportation Aruba services. Departure pick up time should be at least 3 hours prior to your departure flight. For departure transportation meet your driver in front of the hotel lobby at the designated pickup and drop off zone.

1.00I made a reservation for hotel pickup and provided my flight information, however the service failed to pick me up in enough time to arrive at the airport within the guideline. I sent messages repeatedly asking for assistance and no one responded until it was too late. I had to catch a taxi and pay for a ride to the airport and to top it off they refused to issue me a refund. The tour company nor Viator gave me any assistance!

5.00I can’t recommend this company enough! From the quick email responses down to the most amazing driver’s on the island! You will absolutely not regret using them for any type of transfer on the island. I have used them 2yrs in a row and will continue to use them each time I visit the island. We’ve used them for 6 people all the way up to 15 people and the service was exactly the same! Jersey was our driver 3 times now and we love him!

1.00Even after confirming before we got on plane, our prebooked PRIVATE airport service was a NO SHOW. Called, messaged, swept the arrival hallway 4x. No sign for our family ANYWHERE. This was a PRIVATE xfr not a bus! Family of 7 including One toddler. Paid $91 and the won’t refund us. We ended up taking two taxis. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Their story is ‘we were there’ which is BS. 6 adults witnessed your NO SHOW and lies.

5.00The Kon Tiki rep was waiting at the airport arrivals lounge as we exited. No fuss to the van parked nearby. The driver was very friendly and informative. Excellent service. Thoroughly recommend this service. No hassle at all.
