What To Expect

We are now one of the top rated Cooking Experiences in Peru! Enjoy a chef led Peruvian food cooking class where you will be guided through the preparation of a delicious 3 course meal plus local dessert, a fruit tasting and making of Peru's traditional drink - the Pisco Sour! A professional chef will lead, providing you with easy to follow instructions of how to prepare some of Peru's most popular dishes, including Ceviche, Lomo Saltado and Causa. The culinary experience includes history of our dishes and info on some local unique fruits, vegetables and spices. Meal ingredients are pre-setup for convenience and to maximize your enjoyment. We will start the session learning how to make a Pisco Sour, Peru's traditional drink. For each dish, you will have the opportunity to prepare your plate using culinary techniques guided by our chef, to make delicious food but also providing you the flexibility to adjust ingredients to your taste preferences (spice, salt, etc....). Fresh and local ingredients are used in all of our dishes, received fresh on the day of the cooking class. Finish it all off with a nice espresso and local dessert tasting. Come hungry there is plenty of food!

Put this on your MUST DO List while traveling in Peru. Rafael is a great chef & provides you with a great experience with details about each dish. Be prepared to spend about 2 hours learning while cooking. We cannot wait to make these recipes when we return back to Indiana.

Fantastic cooking class and highly recommend. Gorgeous place, great ambience, delicious food and ingredients all so fresh. Riphiel was amazing. His knowledge of Peruvian food was extensive, he was very attentive and charming and an excellent chef. I believe this is one of the few classes where you you have four courses and pisco as well. You will learn a lot about Peruvian food and also get to see authentic dishes. Highly recommend.

Great class. Very entertaining and to the point. Great introduction to Peruvian cuisine. If you want to learn about the variety of Peruvian cuisine, how to cook the food and the ingredients this is the way to go. It also provides you with a sample of various plates so you will have a better idea of what to order at a restaurant.

What a great way to learn more about Peruvian food and culture. It turned that my wife and I were the only ones in this class and our chef, Rayfel, was excellent! Great dinner and Pisco sour! Highly recommend!
