Starting the day moving is priceless. Turn off your mind for a while and connect with your body through a yoga practice in the middle of the water.
We will start the day by paddle boarding or kayaking to a floating platform in the turquoise waters of Laguna Bacalar where, through meditation and breathing techniques, we will start our yoga session. The peace of the morning, the paradise background and the fluidity of the water will inspire you to move lightly and freely, allowing you to disconnect for a moment from the mental noise and connect through the body with the present moment.
At the end of our practice, we will share some fruits, water and hot drinks to say goodbye, before paddling back to the dock.

5.00I’m so glad I got to do this and ended up having a solo class with Rocio as my friend couldn’t make it. I arrived at 6.30am as sunrise was a bit later this time of year. Rocio gave me a dry bag to put my valuables in for the crossing and the paddle out was less than 10 mins but really beautiful. She is a great yoga instructor and the flow was a lovely pace to start the day. The water makes balance a little more challenging but it’s such peaceful surroundings to practice in. She can cater for total beginners or more experienced yogis. The sunrise breakfast was gorgeous and we saw birds and turtles. Best to wear shorts as your legs will get a bit wet getting into the water and bring an extra top layer as it can be a bit chilly in the morning with the wind before the sun comes up. This was an amazing experience and I would recommend it to everyone! Thank you Rocio 🙏

5.00Definitely one of the best experiences I've ever had. It was a sunrise show, plus a beautiful yoga sequence. The instructors were most friendly and attentive. Excellent service. A safe space, where we not only share yoga class and a delicious breakfast, but a unique and intimate experience that is really worth it. Unforgettable, I highly recommend it.
We were treated perfectly and Elahe is an excellent yoga monitor.

Great yoga flow class with Rocio and such friendly attention. Great photos provided and the breakfast on the platform was such a great way to end the class. 1000% recommend

5.00We booked a sunrise yoga session on a floating platform. It was a unique experience! At dusk we paddled to the platform and started yoga there towards sunrise. With Rocio we had a very good teacher. Although we were both beginners, she guided us through about 1 hour of yoga with good instructions, explanations and examples in English. We both come from other sports, but we are so excited that it will not be the last time yoga for us. After the session we jumped straight into the water to cool down and then satisfied our hunger with delicious, fresh fruit and toast at breakfast.
