3.00Tour guide and driver were excellent. If I could change one thing is that I always believe guides and groups should have headsets for walking tours. The lower rating is just because the tour is what it is...a lot of driving and you don't see much. For instance in Baden you walk into a beautiful spa, look at the service menu, and walk out.

2.00The tour was not well planned. We did not manage to get much free time to walk around the areas on our own and did not get to ride the petite train which should be included in the package. We like to ask for a partial refund.
