  I spent $25 for an Uber from an airport hotel to the meeting spot. When I got picked up from the meeting spot we then drove to an another airport hotel to pick up 2 other people. I could have met there if I was informed. Then we drove to the Heidelberg spot. The van had door issues and the rubber was falling off making the van very loud and we could not hear the driver/tour operator. At the stop we were told we were then going to Rothenburg. I did not pay for that. The guide asked if I was informed of that and I was not. I was not happy. So we drove 3 hours to Rothenburg only to get there as everywhere was closing. All we did was eat at a restaurant, no tour. We then drove back and I arrived 4 hours later than the tour was supposed to end. I am completely unsatisfied and upset. I expect a full refund of my fee and Uber ride.

  It is a lot of time driving in the autobahn and very little time in the cities. I would opt for something other in the future.

• Great option for day trip from Frankfurt

  This is great day trip option when visiting Frankfurt. Our tour guide (unfortunately can't remember his name) was informative and funny. The bus is comfortable ride and short 1 hour ish. The castle is fantastic and provides great views of the town from balcony. There is world's biggest wine barrel which is neat. There is also a pharmacy museum which is great. The old town square, Christmas market and the bridge are all great visit. The tour provided enough free time to do everything + quick lunch. Highly recommended.

  Great tour of Heidelberg castle and the old town! I loved it, especially at Christmas time. The guide was amazing!

  We booked this last minute ( the night before). Company responded that night ( thanks!). There was a last minute change during the pick up time, which turned out to be better with the same price. Ended up going to the castle, old town, Baden- Baden, then Black Forest. Willy was our guide. Funny and awesome guy. Lots of great information and a skillful driver. We recommend this trip and Willy. Thank you!!
