What To Expect
Pre Rup
Today we visit the most interesting temples outside Angkor Thom city. Departing your hotel at 8.00 am, you begin with first stop at Pre Rup Hindu temple built as the state temple of Khmer king Rajendravarman and dedicated in 961 or early 962. It is a temple mountain of combined brick, laterite and sandstone construction.
Banteay Srei
Continue a drive for the intricately carved and well-preserved Banteay Srei. The detailed reliefs on this smaller sandstone structure are regarded as the finest, most skillfully crafted in Cambodia. Banteay Srei has only been accessible since the late 1990s, when the Khmer Rouge left the area. We end our touring at Angkor with lunch at the temple (own expense), and a short rest.

5.00Amazing day/tour with Sokpee, our tour guide, that explained temples and everything we asked, tips of best spots to take photos, etc. The restaurant to lunch was good. Driver always offering cold water and refreshing towels after the tour, in hot days is a plus. Careful driving and good van. Pick up and drop-off with no delays. Truly recommend to book with them!

5.00Such a great experience, the temples were breath taking, but what made it was Bun, his knowledge and charisma. He was lovely so attentive and kind, nothing was too much! Thank you. Also, our driver Vichit was ready with cold towels and cold water whenever we all got back onto the bus. I would 100% recommend Journey Cambodia, Bun and Vichit. Thank you for a fantastic day

5.00Hello Bun and Monath. We are Juan and Javier, from Barcelona. We don't forget you. We booked a two-day tour of the Angkor temples from Barcelona with Journey Cambodia. On the first day, we visited Angkor Wat, Bayon, and Ta Prohm. On the second day, we did the long tour -Grand Circuit Heritage tour-, visiting more remote temples like Banteay Srei. Regarding the long tour, we must say that we loved it. Our guide, Bun, was very polite, respectful, and calm. He brought a serenity to the trip that allowed us to fully enjoy the temples. Our driver, Monath, waited for us in the van after each visit with a scented towel to remove our sweat. It was an unforgettable experience to spend that day with these professionals and this company. I recommend it 100%. It is the best in quality-price. We traveled through Thailand and Cambodia, but Cambodia was our favorite.

5.00When arriving in Siem Reap, a guide and air-conditioned vehicle are required in hot weather. Our guide Bun and motorist Mao were the best. Thank you once again for your rich historical knowledge and humorous explanation, and for bringing cool water and cool towels every time you climb the car. I went on a small big tour with English explanation. I was so satisfied. It's just impossible to have Smalltours together. Thanks Bun & Mao Sungmin

5.00I did the Angkor Wat Grand Circuit Temple tour with our guide Sopheaprath and it was memorable ! The temples are breathtaking — from the intricate carvings of Angkor Wat to the jungle ruins of Ta Prohm were major highlights and a must not miss when in Siem Reap. Our guide, Sopheaprath, was knowledgeable and passionate, bringing the history of each site to life with so much detail on Hindu & Buddhist cultures. The tour was well-paced and perfect for first-time visitors whilst hitting major vistas. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore Angkor’s wonders with ease!

5.00Thanks to Sopheap Rath and driver for a great day to finish off my two day temple trip. Sopheap was a very knowledgeable guide and really looked after our group welfare in a hot and humid environment. He has a lot of history on the temples and the country and explained everything as we made our way through the various temples in the itinerary. Your includes all the water you need for the day so just bring snacks. There is a lunch stop at your expense at a nice and reasonably priced restaurant. If this is your Day 1 instead, make sure you get the 3 day temple pass online beforehand for seamless entry to all temples. Trip includes pick and drop off at your hotels. Lots of great photos including those that Sopheap takes for the group. Thank you for the great memories, mate!

5.00I had an amazing Grand Circuit experience thanks to guide Bun and driver Naro. Bun's knowledge brought the temples to life, and his thoughtful care made the day comfortable. He was very knowledgeable about the temples and had many stories to share, always with a positive energy and endearing personality. Naro provided safe, smooth transport with a smile. Throughout the trip cold towels, water and regular toilet breaks were provided. Their professionalism and personal touch stood out - Bun and Naro both made us feel welcome! Highly recommend this fantastic tour for anyone visiting the temples
