Manny was an amazing chef for our paella class! He was friendly, personable, and made the experience so much fun. The paella was absolutely delicious, and we learned a lot along the way. Highly recommend!

What a lovely afternoon! So fun and interactive. Loved that there was no pressure to cook or chop but we observed and ate a lovely meal. Highly recommend as it’s a great way to break up a trip and just stop.

What a fantastic experience! Chef Andres was hilarious, engaging, and made the entire class so much fun from start to finish. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, and he did a great job getting everyone involved. The tapas and sangria were absolutely delicious, and of course the paella we made was incredible. Whether you’re a beginner or someone who loves to cook, this class is a great way to spend an afternoon in Barcelona. Highly recommend!

I have mixed feelings about the tour. The tour started an hour late for reasons never really explained but once it did was excellent. Our chef Andres was funny and also great at teaching everything about cooking paella. The kitchen was professional and comfortable. The paella itself was better than any I have had in a restaurant. If not for the delay would have given 5 stars. As is thought about giving 3 but settled on 4.

Milo was a great instructor. Loved the small class size which allowed us to be very involved in the cooking process. Paella came out great :)

Paella cooking class and market visit was a great experience. We had about 20 minutes to explore the market and walked a few blocks to a kitchen where sangria and tapas were available. Everyone helped prepare the paella, few cut vegetables,a few cleaned prawns and cooked squid. The chef explained in detail the process of making paella. We would love to take another class soon.

This was such a top notch experience. You meet at the travelers nest bar (which the staff is so nice and the food is good). You then walk to a private kitchen (our tour was Sunday so the market was closed). Inside the kitchen you mingle with your fellow chefs and drink unlimited sangria and snack on cheese. We then got taught by our chef Milo how to clean the seafood and stir the rice. It was very handson. The night ends with eating your creation.

Very nice activity with visit to the large food market and short walk to the kitchen. Everything was well prepared. The chef showed tips on how to tell the difference between salad peppers and cooking peppers, to prepare mussels and shrimp. After that we all had to help make tonight’s paella. While waiting for it to be ready, tapas, sangria, wine or non-alcoholic drinks were served. During the cooking, we got acquainted with the other participants, so the atmosphere at the dining table was happy and excited. The chef was amazing! Both humorous and good at teaching.
