Luca was great, from the tour through la boqueria, to the tapas, and walking us through how to cook amazing & fresh tapas and paella. Overall great experience and would recommend to anyone who wants to try authentic Catalan paella and have delicious sangria.

This may have been the highlight of our trip. From shopping in La Boqueria through tapas , sangria, meal prep to the finished paella, Chef Luca was incredible. Not only did we learn to do the paellas but he offered to many useful and interesting hints about ways to use many of the different ingredients. Great value for both the hands on experience and the best finished paella ever!

I am disappointed with this course which was a surprise offered by my daughter because I am a fan of cooking. Indeed everything could have been top, except the chef! Super nice group (one Chilean and two Canadians besides me who is French), very nice place and adapted to the concept, visit of the Boqueria, ideal place for food lovers, but the only concern is the speaker who is not kind. Poor quality of the course (sangria already made, paella shipped with barely cooked rice, tapas with peppers filled with cheese of Greek origin in a box...). But above all, he minced his words, did not bother to repeat or articulate, and had only one idea in mind: to send the course as soon as possible to carry out his evening mission (a cocktail for which we took his shopping from Boqueria to his kitchen...). In addition, I sent a message to confirm the course in the morning before moving and no one ever answered me...

I highly recommend this experience! It was so much fun visiting the market and learning about the seafood used in the paella. The chef (Andres) was incredibly friendly and explained everything clearly. The sangria and tapas were delicious and the paella? Absolutely amazing! 🤩

Incredible and intimate cooking class with Andres! There were “no secrets” as he said and we learned the true authentic way to make Paella. Very welcoming and fun!

Andreas took us on a trip to the market and then taught us some tricks to efficiently handling the ingredients. The paella had great taste and perfect presentation. The chef was a great instructor.
