Chef Andre was FANTASTIC !! He was very good at explaining each process to make the paella (recipe also provided at end of class) and allowed us each to be very hands on to make the dish and the components. The tapas and sangria were great as well. Absolutely loved it.

The tour operator didn’t show. I would have given it 0 stars if possible. We tried contacting the tour operator but no response.

The tour guide never showed up. Viator tried to contact them and their phone was not in service. Now fighting to get a refund.

Fun experience with an energetic, knowledgeable guide/chef. We couldn’t stop at the market, unfortunately, as it was closed early. There were a lot of people in our group, which limited the “interactive.”

We had the most amazing time with Alejandro. We walked along La Rambla to the fish market where he explained the various grades of seafood and the reason for his selections. Then off to the executive kitchen where he taught us the best pans to use for Paella, the best ingredients and we participated in chopping and pealing the ingredients. The best part was sharing in the meal with new friends we met during the course. We loved every moment and recommend it highly
