Wonderful experience. Rosie & the team were very welcoming & friendly. We learned so much about Vietnamese cooking and had so much fun doing so. Would absolutely recommend 10/10!

We did this class with Jolies in Da Nang but trouble finding that link. Recognised Rosie from the photo, It was an excellent class and Rosie was so much fun for my family. It was so good we booked multiple classes and excursions with them. Highly recommended

What an amazing experience. We were lucky and were allowed to cook with Rosie with 2 people. She's funny and a great cook. We had a 4-course dinner: Vietnamese noodles, Vietnamese pancake, Papaya salad and tofu or eggplant with rice (my favorite dish). After this workshop you can also make fresh spring rolls and marinate tofu. Totally awesome. Thank you Rosie for this lovely afternoon. X

Very good experience. Hanna has great sense of humour. Great fun. A lot of laughing. And she is also a good teacher. We were a small group. Made papaya salad, pho bo, rice pancakes/rolls, and eggplant in claypot. Would absolutely recommend.

We had such fun today. We all had a chance to cook at every step. Dishes were explained so we could appreciate the cultural context and learn about the ingredients. We played a few games and our teens loved throwing a pancake across the room. Hanna is warm and knowledgeable - her English outstanding - but it’s actually her genuinely hilarious sense of humour that won us over. Hanna was supported by an assistant (Kata I think ?) who helped with the flow of food prep and technique. The time flew by and we all had full tummies at the end. We look forward to trying the recipes at home in Australia. Highly recommend this cooking class.

A truly amazing tour. The time in the market buying all the local ingredients and learning about the foods and the market was fascinating. Then enjoying vietnamese coffee was another great experience. The cooking portion took it to another level. The food was delicious, and making it was fun thanks to our incredible guide. I can't say enough about Rosie, she is very knowledgable and fun. She has a wonderful personality and her English is great. She answered all our questions and helped everyone that needed it. I highly recommend this tour.
